The improved LEACH algorithm is utilized to control the network topology, and the cluster tree combined with data fusion is used to reduce the energy loss of the nodes in the network. Based on the weighted queuing scheduling algorithm, the feedback processing module is designed to determine the grouping rules and calculation methods, and the decision tree algorithm is used to build the demand management prediction model. The accuracy of the prediction of the decision tree algorithm is verified to realize the case information management statistics. Analyze the utility of the improved LEACH algorithm and test the system’s performance. The experimental results show that the improved LEACH algorithm is more balanced in the range of [0,100] dead nodes, and the energy consumption is well balanced. The total delay is 16.13-time slots, which is the lowest delay among the four algorithms. The node death time is 1045 rounds, having the longest network life cycle. The system performance is tested using IO and memory-intensive loads. Before writing a file of 16GB, the system time responsiveness stays around 80%, and the system CPU utilization and disk IO utilization increase as the file is written. By analyzing the structure of the chaotic recursive diagonal model, it is possible to combine it with a neural network. A convolutional neural network is used to automatically extract the focusing features of an image and output the probability of a pixel focusing. Combining the convolutional layer to extract image features with the activation function to nonlinearly map the feature map to achieve the effect of image fusion. Focusing on the exploration of the CNN algorithm for image fusion in image compression application processes. The results show that in the image fusion experiments, the CNN algorithm for image fusion data MI mean value is 6.1051, variance is 0.4418. QY mean value is 0.9859. The variance value is 0.0014. Compared to other algorithms, CNN in the image fusion effect has the effect of better distinguishing the edge details and making the appropriate decision. The CNN algorithm of the compression time is shorter. The time used in the compression of the X-chest image is 2.75s, which is 0.42 less than other algorithms. Multi-scale analysis of wavelet transform, Haar wavelet basis and multi-scale edge detection algorithms are utilized to determine the modal extreme points and identify the edge points for faster and more accurate extraction of edge features of the image. In order to further validate the applicability and feasibility of wavelet transform for printing images and to determine the quality inspection criteria based on ink penetration depth and image phase anisotropy, MATLAB software is utilized to perform simulation tests. The results show that the wavelet transform can remove the noise generated by uneven illumination and printing background during the printing process and can detect the edges of the printing image with an error accuracy of ±0.063mm and meet the error correction accuracy of <0.4mm as required by the printing standard. The experiments verify the feasibility of the wavelet transform, which can characterize the depth of penetration of the printing ink and the image anisotropy and provides a theoretical basis for improving the quality of printing. The data preprocessing work such as text de-weighting, word frequency classification, and parameter solving is carried out on the document dataset by using the lexical algorithm, and the preprocessed text data is subjected to TF-IDF keyword extraction and LDA topic extraction. Starting from the characteristics of the cultural lineage, the intrinsic attraction elements affecting the commercial transformation of tourist attractions are explored, and taking the planning of the industrial, cultural tourism town in Ezhou as an example, the process of planning and designing from the establishment of tourism planning concepts, and thus the completion of the visual IP image, is elaborated. The tourism image perception of the four major gardens in Jiangsu is examined from both cognitive and emotional perspectives using the results of TF-IDF and LDA extraction. The results show that the trend of the frequency of each fraction of the emotion of the Humble Administrator’s Garden, Liouyuan Garden, Lion Grove, and Canglang Pavilion scenic spots is roughly the same, and the mean value of emotion is 0.758, 0.851, 0.828, and 0.845, respectively, reflecting the tourists’ average emotional perception of the individual scenic spots. In order to prevent the overfitting problem of multiple regression analysis, it is necessary to optimize the multiple regression analysis by regular transformation, and then construct the model of teachers’ informatization teaching ability based on multiple linear regression, and determine the research variables and regression equations in the model. Starting from the research objectives, the research objects and problems are determined, and two analysis methods, simulation analysis and statistical analysis, are used to empirically analyze the informatization teaching ability of college teachers. The results show that on the analysis of model instances, the correlation coefficients between the factors and the overall teacher educators’ informatization teaching ability range from 0.671 to 0.829, and there is a certain correlation between each factor and teacher educators’ informatization teaching ability. On the analysis of differences in teachers’ informatized teaching competence, the five competence constructs of Guangzhou college teachers’ education in technological literacy (P=0.653>0.05), instructional design (P=0.133>0.05), instructional implementation (P=0.584>0.05), evaluation development (P=0.287>0.05), and informatized teaching competence (P=0.413>0.05) do not significant differences exist. The simplified Bishop’s method, the proposed static method, and the strength reduction method under the limit equilibrium method are studied to provide a reference basis for subsequent research. Explore the law of rainwater infiltration in loess under different rainfall conditions, construct a water-wetting model, investigate the seepage law of loess slope, and detect the degree of wetting and seepage of loess soil under different rainfall conditions. Combining the principle of effective stress of saturated soil, analyze the mechanical characteristics of the unsaturated soil on the loess slope. The stability of loess slopes under natural conditions and seismic conditions is analyzed, and the pore water pressure and shear strength of the sliding surface of loess slopes are analyzed under different rainfall conditions. The experimental data show that the slope safety coefficient of the simplified Bishop-limit equilibrium method under natural conditions is 1.118, and the difference with other algorithms is about 2.9%, which shows that the safety coefficient of the simplified Bishop-limit equilibrium method is more accurate to detect when combined with the slope stability model. This paper first explains blockchain-related technology in Internet technology, including the basic principle and structure of blockchain, the consistency Hash algorithm, the consensus mechanism and the credit mechanism of blockchain. Secondly, it discusses the fit between the blockchain and the cultural teaching mechanism of the Civics course, through which blockchain technology can effectively realize the interactive sharing of the cultural teaching resources of the Civics course. Based on the blockchain technology and MVC network structure, an interactive model of cultural teaching resources for Civic and Political Science courses is constructed, which further improves the way students access cultural teaching resources. Finally, a simulation test is conducted to evaluate the interactivity of the cultural teaching resources in the Civics and Political Science course and the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the average write bandwidth of the consistent Hash algorithm is 756.68MBps, and the average read bandwidth is 215.42MBps, and when the total amount of data exceeds 64GB, the relative standard deviation of the Hash algorithm decreases to about 0.15% and remains stable. The cultural teaching mechanism of the Civics course with the introduction of blockchain technology is based on a digital platform, and when the number of network nodes is 150, the delay of the consensus mechanism is 236.73ms, and the throughput reaches about 98 data interactions per second. The spatial clustering structure of key villages in rural tourism is calculated again using the fractal model to explore grid aggregation and correlation of high-quality development in rural tourism. From the spatial distribution characteristics, the nearest neighbor index of the southern region is 0.838, showing an aggregation-random distribution pattern, and the standard deviation ellipse of the southern region is 51.67°. From the spatial clustering structure, the aggregation dimension of the southern region is 0.485, and the correlation dimension of the four regions of east, west, south, north and south is relatively close to that of highway accessibility, for example. The relationship between the two is complementary and closely linked, and rural revitalization can bring new impetus to agricultural modernization. The logistic development model is proposed to carry out a stage-by-stage study on the integration development of agricultural modernization governance and rural revitalization, and the subsystem orderliness and composite system synergy models are established by using the geometric mean method and the linear weighting method, respectively, and the degree of integration development is judged by measuring the integration status. The model constructed in this paper, as well as the governance level of rural revitalization strategies and agricultural modernization in place B, are measured through empirical research. The experiment shows that the two variables in this paper and their logarithmic means are 100, and the means are 0.3436, 0.3463, -1.3217, and -0.9874, respectively. In the stability test, the number of scatters in the region is 92, and the truthfulness and predictive intervals are in [-1,1], which makes the model stability and credibility good. According to the application of a convolutional neural network in vocal music teaching, the evaluation model of vocal music teaching based on a convolutional neural network is constructed by utilizing a convolutional neural network with accurate sensitivity and high-speed eigenvalue training speed. Starting from the design of relevant variables and the selection of evaluation tools, the experimental study of emotional therapy for the integration of percussion instruments and vocal music teaching is designed, and statistical analysis and simulation analysis are used to analyze the integration of musical instruments and vocal music teaching in the context of music core literacy. The results show that the evaluation error of the recurrent neural network method is 10.07%, while the minimum value is 0.24%. The maximum evaluation error of the convolutional neural network method is 8.22%, and the minimum evaluation error is 0.22%. The evaluation results of the quality of the integrated teaching of percussion instruments and vocal music of the model in this paper are better than the evaluation method of recurrent neural networks. During the maintenance period, when subject three was given weekly emotional therapy for teaching percussion instruments and vocal fusion, it was found that the subject’s emotional behavioral problems also completely subsided.
