It carries out a comparative analysis of tourist profiles and their motives for attending or not a bullfight. The aim is to analyse the variables influencing the satisfaction of attendees at bullfights. The results reveal significant differences between residents and tourists on the level of satisfaction, with higher levels for higher-income attendees, and in demographic variables, the motivation for attending bullfights and feelings about the life of the animal.\u0000 Se analiza el vínculo entre la tauromaquia y el turismo, las motivaciones y la satisfacción de los asistentes. Se realiza un análisis comparativo de los perfiles de los turistas y sus motivos para asistir o no a una corrida de toros. El objetivo es analizar las variables que influyen en la satisfacción de los asistentes a las corridas. The aim is to capture the different perceptions on the effects and possible recovery strategies for destinations, which could condition the touristic make-decision process for its design. For this, 285 professionals in the Spanish tourism sector were surveyed between 03/27/2020 and 04/30/2020. A review of other exogenous touristic crises has been done to define this survey process, identifying the primary variables, dimensions and consequences, and the recovery strategies applied. The results permit identifying preferences of the sector in an extreme crisis and identifying differences between different stakeholder types. This research offers a substantial amount of relevant information which can be very useful to compare with future research after recovery and to be able to conclude this kind of rush and uncertain decision-making processes with a view to a more efficient early design of recovery strategies against the exogenous crisis.\u0000 Esta investigación parte de la posibilidad de aprovechar una situación muy inusual, como son los primeros días de una pandemia dramática con un impacto significativo en la actividad turística, para obtener información relevante sobre las percepciones de los actores en ese preciso momento. El objetivo es captar las diferentes percepciones sobre los efectos y posibles estrategias de recuperación de los destinos, que podrían condicionar la toma de decisiones turísticas para su diseño. Para ello se encuestó a 285 profesionales del sector turístico español entre el 27/03/2020 y el 30/04/2020. Para definir este proceso de encuesta se ha realizado una revisión de otras crisis turísticas exógenas, identificando las principales variables, dimensiones y consecuencias, y las estrategias de recuperación aplicadas. Los resultados permiten identificar las preferencias del sector en una crisis extrema e identificar diferencias entre distintos tipos de actores. But despite its implementation in the sector, there are no studies that analyze the effectiveness of its use in the organization of trips. For this reason, this study measures the tourists’ perceptions during the use of the chatbot \"Victoria la Malagueña\" through the attributes: informatividad, empathy, accessibility and interactivity. In data processing, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The findings suggest that informatividad and empathy are the chatbot attributes most valued by users.\u0000 Los chatbots están transformado la comunicación turística y han tenido una rápida adopción en la industria del turismo. Pero a pesar de su implementación en el sector, no hay estudios que analicen la efectividad de su uso en la organización de viajes. Por ello, este estudio mide la percepción del turista durante el uso del chatbot “Victoria la Malagueña” a través de los atributos: informatividad, empatía, accesibilidad e interactividad. En el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio. Therefore, the objective of the research is to analyze whether the Leader Method has complied with the principle of equality through the study of investments in tourism in Extremadura. Dentro de las medidas aplicadas, el turismo tuvo una especial incidencia, siendo la mujer una de las principales promotoras. Through a multi-sited case study, the incidence of empowerment of local actors in the community management of rural tourism was analyzed in tourism projects in central Mexico. The results show that the agency capacity of the social actors is limited in terms of empowerment as a tool for tourism management since the concentration of power falls on the leaders of the agrarian nuclei, frequently disconnected from the tourist activity. This research contributes to the discussion on empowerment as a tool for rural development in the context of post-industrial consumer societies.\u0000 A través de un estudio de caso multisituado, se analizó la incidencia del empoderamiento de los actores locales en la gestión comunitaria del turismo rural, en proyectos turísticos del centro de México. Se trata de una investigación exploratoria que integra las perspectivas cualitativa y cuantitativa. Los resultados evidencian que la capacidad de agencia de los actores sociales es limitada, en términos del empoderamiento como herramienta para la gestión turística, pues la concentración del poder recae sobre los dirigentes de los núcleos agrarios, frecuentemente desvinculados de la actividad turística. For the research, 606 clips from a selection of 40 feature films have been geolocated and analyzed. The study shows the distribution of filming locations in different areas of the city, with relevant contrasts between the historic center of Madrid and other areas such as the Ensanche and the peripheral areas. Finally, it reflects on the relationship between the most frequent locations and the commonly recognized tourist landmarks in Madrid.\u0000 El artículo investiga la imagen de la ciudad de Madrid y su relación con la mirada turística en películas de habla no española rodadas entre 1955 y 2020. Para ello se han geolocalizado y analizado 606 clips de una selección de 40 largometrajes. The development was based on a multivariate analysis (Principal Component Analysis and Structural Equation Models) carried out on a real sample of companies, specifically ski resorts. The resulting model, e-Commerce Web Content Adoption Model (eWCAM) is a modification of the WCA, which has properties attributed to eMICA. This makes it much easier to check whether websites of Tourism Industry have the right information and are mature enough for e-commerce.\u0000 El objetivo de este trabajo es desarrollar un modelo que sintetice las propiedades de WCA (Web Content Analysis) y eMICA (extended Model of Internet Commerce Adoption). Su desarrollo se ha basado en un análisis multivariante (Análisis de Componentes Principales y Modelos de Ecuaciones Estructurales) realizado sobre una muestra real de empresas, concretamente de estaciones de esquí. With the application of a survey of visitors to the Galapagos National Park (Ecuador) and the use of proven indicators, the strengths and weaknesses of its tourism management have been identified and valued to incorporate this knowledge into decision-making through participation processes. The gaze of visitors turns out to be relevant and complementary in the governance of this space, given that tourism causes transformations in its natural environment, given the circumstance that its quality attributes constitute one of the main comparative advantages of it. Galapagos National Park’s mostly urban demand seeks a satisfactory global experience identified with the authenticity, uniqueness, and quality of its environmental and sociocultural environment, while there is a dilemma between the harmonization of a leisure space for visitors and the need to promote local development in which traditional activities are increasingly less viable.\u0000 Este trabajo parte de la confluencia de dos líneas de investigación muy consolidadas en la literatura científica sobre espacios naturales protegidos: la participación social en los estudios sobre turismo y la construcción de sistemas de indicadores de sostenibilidad en destinos de naturaleza. Con la aplicación de una encuesta a visitantes del P.N. Galápagos (Ecuador) y la utilización de indicadores contrastados se han identificado y valorado los puntos fuertes y débiles de su gestión turística para incorporar este conocimiento en la toma de decisiones a través de procesos de participación. La mirada de los visitantes resulta ser relevante y complementaria en la gobernanza de este espacio, dado que el turismo provoca transformaciones en su medio natural de dimensión y alcance diversos, dándose la circunstancia de que sus atributos de calidad constituyen una de las principales ventajas comparativas del mismo.
