A pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest- Posttest Design is used in this type of research. The research subjects used were students from a private junior high school in Trenggalek. This research uses several instruments in the form of learning implementation observation sheets, test sheets, and questionnaires which are then analyzed using quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the implementation of learning achieved very good criteria with mode 4. Normality test, paired t-test, N-Gain were used in research data analysis. The standard test results obtained a significant value of 0.122, which means the data is normally distributed. The paired t-test produces a Sig value. amounting to 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference after being given treatment in the form of the Problem Based Learning Model. The increase in students' mastery of concepts can also be seen from the N-Gain results with an average score of 0.87 (high). The students gave a positive response to the application of this learning model by obtaining an average score of 93.81% and the criteria were very high. These results show that Santri's mastery of concepts can increase after implementing the Problem Based Learning Model.","PeriodicalId":517942,"journal":{"name":"Pengabdian: Jurnal Abdimas","volume":"57 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140285701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of these jarimatics aims to facilitate students in learning to count. Using jarimatics can increase students' interest and enthusiasm for learning to count. This study has several obstacles because some students still need help understanding multiplication. Direct practicum methods and lecture methods carry out this implementation method. The training participants were 18 grade 2 students. This coaching occurred in a class 2 at SD Negeri 276 Lemo. Based on the coaching carried out, the desired results are well achieved. Namely, students become more enthusiastic and easy to understand in learning to count. Students become more eager to learn and faster in the calculation process. Therefore, it can be concluded that this training positively impacts students' mathematics learning.","PeriodicalId":517942,"journal":{"name":"Pengabdian: Jurnal Abdimas","volume":"31 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140505299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The training is carried out using lecture, discussion, practice, and mentoring methods. \u0000Results. The expected output is an increase in basic knowledge, especially in the field of science and technology which is manifested in simple STEM-based products. There are also some other products like training modules, posters, and publications of service results on social media. \u0000Conclusion. STEM education is a form of assistance to Sukosari elementary school teachers in improving learning innovation. The teachers need assistance to explore learning materials that can be integrated with STEM. They have very good motivation in practicing simple STEM-based tools. This can be seen from those who actively participate in the training sessions, practice properly, and ask some questions about some matters they do not yet clearly understand. The created simple products can be simple demonstration examples in a STEM-nuanced learning.","PeriodicalId":517942,"journal":{"name":"Pengabdian: Jurnal Abdimas","volume":"223 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140504728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
