This project is used to overcome the drawbacks of the syntatic web services.In this project, we are developing the web services or the wsdl (web service description language).After creating the wsdl, we are including the ontology into wsdl using the wsdl to owl-s conversion module. The wsdl to owl-s module is used to convert the wsdl into the owl-s file.Automatic Composition of semantic web services module is used compose the two or more existing web services. Composition process is the output of the one web service is the input of another web services. In this project, we are developed the automatic composition of semantic web services. In this project, Automatic Composition module uses two web services. User enters the keyword and chooses the extension in the web page. In this project, we are using the genetic algorithm for develop the semantic web services. Genetic algorithm is to create the two lists and all the files in the database are stored the two lists. If the user enters the keyword and chooses the extension, the first web service is used to combine and to provide the filename. The second web service is used to search this filename in the two lists. The second web service use the genetic algorithm is used to search the file exists or not.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"53 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141347633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It examines factors such as income, spending habits, saving and investing patterns, retirement planning, and gender-based disparities. The study surveyed 1,000 employed women across various industries, age groups, and income levels. Key findings indicate that women tend to prioritize short-term financial goals, are more risk-averse in their investment choices, and face unique challenges in retirement planning due to longer life expectancies and career interruptions. The paper also discusses the impact of the gender pay gap on women's financial well-being. It highlights the need for targeted financial education and support for women in the workplace. Despite being the second largest demographic group according to the 2011 census, Muslims often face challenges in achieving progress and development. The discourse highlights the necessity of recognizing and addressing these issues through foresightedness rather than partiality. Communities in India are often categorized by religion, language, and caste, with Muslims forming a crucial part of society. However, their comparative lack of progress necessitates targeted development efforts to foster an educated, self-reliant, and financially stable community. Reports like the Sachar Committee and political manifestos have suggested measures for Muslim welfare, yet these efforts often remain politically motivated and insufficient. The paper emphasizes the moral duty to ensure not only the security of Muslims but also their educational, economic, and social development. This responsibility extends beyond government initiatives to societal engagement and social work practices. Historical movements such as the Aligarh Movement exemplify the advancement of Muslim modernity, yet contemporary social work frequently neglects the community's rights and secular needs. The primary challenge identified is the revival of the Muslim identity, which has been marginalized over time. Generating public opinion and incorporating minority issues into social work curricula are essential steps toward addressing these basic needs and fostering holistic development for the Muslim community.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":" 17","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141371128","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the impact of bankruptcy on firm performance, exploring various facets of its implications on both short-term and long-term operational effectiveness, financial health, and market position. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, integrating quantitative analysis of financial data with qualitative insights from case studies and expert interviews. Firstly, the study examines the immediate consequences of bankruptcy, such as disruptions in operations, loss of market trust, and creditor actions. It investigates how these factors contribute to declines in revenue, profitability, and market share in the short term, often leading to asset liquidation and restructuring efforts. Moreover, the research delves into the long-term repercussions of bankruptcy, including the enduring effects on organizational reputation, employee morale, and stakeholder relationships. It investigates the challenges faced by firms in regaining market credibility, attracting investment, and rebuilding their competitive advantage post-bankruptcy. Furthermore, the study analyses the role of management strategies, such as turnaround initiatives and reorganization efforts, in mitigating the negative impacts and facilitating recovery. Additionally, the research explores the sector-specific dynamics of bankruptcy effects, considering variations in industry regulations, market competition, and technological disruptions. It investigates how factors such as industry concentration, market demand elasticity, and technological obsolescence influence the severity and duration of performance decline following bankruptcy. Overall, the findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted implications of bankruptcy on firm performance, offering insights for managers, policymakers, and investors in navigating the challenges associated with financial distress and facilitating sustainable recovery strategies.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"44 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141384750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
