Histology is the most common technique for identifying these conditions, but it is essential to distinguish between invasive and non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Nasal biopsies are routinely taken from inflammatory masses to confirm or rule out granulomatous diseases. Pathologists must be aware of the diagnostic histological and clinical features of granulomatous sinonasal disease, as it has a broad differential diagnosis. This review examines the pathophysiology and histopathology of inflammatory non-infectious disorders of the sinus tract, including nasal perforations, granulomatous vasculitides Wegener, chronic rhino sinusitis, eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis, and recurrent polychondritis. To better understand the data, pathologists can focus on molecular pathways and connections related to clinical, genetic, and environmental factors influencing patients' illnesses. A deep learning system has been developed to diagnose maxillary sinusitis, ethmoid sinusitis, frontal sinusitis from the Caldwell and Waters viewpoints. The system can simultaneously recognize and classify each paranasal sinus, eliminating the need for human cropping. The pathogenesis and histology of inflammatory sinus diseases are examined in this review. From the perspectives of Caldwell and Waters, a deep learning system was created to diagnose maxillary sinusitis, ethmoid sinusitis, and frontal sinusitis. The system was trained and validated using a sinusitis percentage of 34.2, then tested on datasets having a sinusitis percentage of 29.4%. The technology does not require human cropping because it is able to identify and categorize each paranasal sinus. Using the Caldwell and Waters, the computer can simultaneously recognize and classify each paranasal sinus.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"23 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141659803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has the power of attempting transformation through the strokes of colors on canvases. The controversial messages were passed through the common people through the artwork by Dadaists. Even today there are controversial issues like LGBTQ+ acceptance which cannot be discussed openly in the heteronormative society in the Indian context. The Dadaist art form is a powerful tool in such a case where one can express their beliefs through the medium of art. Teachers can be catalysts in bringing change in society through this medium of art. They need to be trained in using Dadaist poetry form for breaking their own prejudices & for using it as a reflective tool. It aimed to bring LGBT awareness by expressing voices of the most marginalized community i.e. the LGBTQ+ community. The teacher education colleges need to take a lead to train the pre-service teachers to use Dadaist poetry for reflecting their own perspectives, their beliefs on the LGBTQ+ community. The present study employed a qualitative study using one shot case study where poetic inquiry helped to explore the beliefs and feelings of pre-service teachers towards the LGBT community. The findings of the study helped to identify the strength of Dadaist poetry in drawing out the ability of cognitive perspective taking as well as empathetic concern of a pre-service teacher towards the LGBTQ+ community. The study also helped to discover the potential of this art form in directing the pre-service teachers on the path of the social justice for the LGBT community.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"89 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141337591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In small scale enterprises it is often not given the importance as chasing after orders and carrying out production activities with greater significance. So what is the role played by the proprietor/manager to keep his enterprises in the optimal production stage and his employees satisfied? The research gap here refers to the desired targets not being met and the deadlines are not kept in any organization. Because of this problem the managers opt for a optimal production goal with sufficient production accruing satisfactory profits so that the employees are assured of their salaries on time and payment for overtime. This is so because the aspiration level of set target of production may be higher than the actual level acquired. The aspirational level of production targeted may be higher but if the actual level of production maybe lesser then the employee is dissatisfied due to less wages and because of fall in profits. So Simon’s Behavioral model of Satisficing tells us about the satisfaction and sufficing meaning a sufficient level of profits have to be earned to keep the employees at a satisfied level. The findings showed that higher salaries and payment for overtime was what brought about employee satisfaction. The sample size taken was 150. Electrical machining & fabricating industries was selected for study. The study centered around the primary data. The sampled respondents from Bangalore and Kolar small enterprises showed preference for welfare facilities such as transportation and canteen facilities.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"11 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141339055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper explores the multifaceted role of microfinance in stimulating economic growth and alleviating poverty. Firstly, microfinance institutions (Mfrs) extend financial services such as credit, savings, and insurance to individuals who are often excluded from mainstream banking due to lack of collateral or credit history. By providing access to capital, microfinance empowers entrepreneurs, particularly women, enabling them to start or expand small businesses, generate income, and contribute to local economic activity. Secondly, microfinance promotes financial inclusion by bringing marginalized populations into the formal financial system. Through group lending methodologies and peer support mechanisms, Mfrs foster a culture of savings and financial literacy among borrowers, enhancing their financial resilience and ability to cope with economic shocks. Furthermore, microfinance plays a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation at the grass roots level. By nurturing small-scale enterprises and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, microfinance contributes to job creation, income generation, and communities. Moreover, microfinance has demonstrated its effectiveness as a poverty alleviation strategy. By targeting the poor and vulnerable segments of society, microfinance enables individuals to break the cycle of poverty, invest in education and healthcare, and improve their quality of life. In conclusion, microfinance has emerged as a powerful tool for promoting economic development, empowering individuals, and fostering inclusive growth. By expanding access to financial services, promoting entrepreneurship, and alleviating poverty, microfinance has the potential to transform the economic landscape of developing countries and create opportunities for sustainable development.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"52 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141343776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research investigates into the efficacy of sawdust (SD) and surfactant modified sawdust as adsorbents for the removal of anionic dyes such as acid orange-2 (AO) from aqueous solutions. Surfactant treated sawdust samples were prepared by treating sawdust with cationic surfactant having different length of alkyl group such as tetra ethyl ammonium bromide (TEAB), hexa decyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The adsorption of acidic dyes demonstrated a substantial improvement following surfactant treatment and also the chain lengths of alkyl group in surfactant have synergistic effect on adsorption process. The pH level was observed to significantly impact the adsorption process, with the optimal pH for acidic dye adsorption falling within the 2-3 range. Adsorption mechanism and useful insights of the process was carried out by applying the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm frameworks. The results suggested that modified sawdust with surfactants has the potential to function as an economical adsorbent in the removal of acid dyes.","PeriodicalId":517878,"journal":{"name":"International Research Journal on Advanced Engineering and Management (IRJAEM)","volume":"115 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141341640","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
