Collecting data in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses a type of qualitative research with the analysis technique used, namely productivity with the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method with criteria for working hours and the products produced. The steps using the OMAX method are determining criteria, determining performance, determining realistic productivity values, determining weights, scores and values, determining productivity indices and determining performance indicators. The results showed that the productivity of the population service workforce towards community services at the Ende Regency Population Service office from April to December fluctuated (up and down). The highest DISPENDUK labor productivity value is in September which is at level 10 and the lowest productivity value is in April which is at level 0. Labor productivity indicators in this study are indicators of hours worked and products produced. The results of the study show that the public services of the Ende Regency Population Service in making KTPs, KKs and birth certificates are not yet responsive to the interests of the community as service users. Djata","doi":"10.37478/jeq.v1i2.1814","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37478/jeq.v1i2.1814","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018 melalui data yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Nagekeo dengan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear model semilog. Untuk menghitung persamaan regresi linear model semilog data harus memenuhi uji asumsi dasar yaitu melalui uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama variabel pajak daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji signifikansi parametik individu (uji t). Nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, (3,065 > 2,262). Kedua retribusi daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (5,422 > 2,262). Ketiga hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (0,696 < 2,262). Keempat pendapatan lain lain yang disahkan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (4,329 > 2,262). Uji f diperoleh nilai f-hitung > f-tabel (785,492 > 2,262). Berarti bahwa pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang di pisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan secara bersama-sama (serempak) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. The analytical tool used in this research is Location Questionnaire (LQ) analysis. The data used is secondary data in the form of GRDP values for Ende and Ngada Regencies and East Nusa Tenggara Province GRDP at constant prices in 2010 from 2017-2021. The results showed that there were seven (7) basic sectors in Ende Regency with an LQ > 1, namely the Mining and Quarrying, Wholesale and Retail Trade sectors; Car and Motorcycle Repair, Real Estate, Corporate Services, Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security, Educational Services and Other Services. Meanwhile, there are eight (8) base sectors in Ngada Regency with LQ > 1, namely Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, Mining and Quarrying, Processing Industry, Water Procurement, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling, Construction, Financial Services and Insurance, Real Estate, Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 98 farmers. Data was collected by using a questionnaire that has been tested with classical assumptions. Multiple linear regression is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that, (1) There is a significant effect of rice production on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of 17.071 (2) There is a significant effect of demand for rice from outside the region on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of 3.493 (3) There is no significant effect on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of -11.323. The variabels studied are inflation and public perception, both of which are independent variables. The formulation of the problem from this research is first, (1) how much is the effect of inflation on the nominal rupiah lost in Ende Regency? (2) how is the influence of public perception on the lost rupiah currency in Ende Regency? (3) what are the three factors that are more dominant in influencing the lost rupiah currency in Ende Regency? The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analiysis, the data must meet the basic assumptions, namely classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: First, the inflation variable does not have a positive effect on the nominal rupiah lost in Ende Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the individual significance test (t test). Value tcount>ttable (0,478<1.660). Both public perceptions have test (t test). The value of tcount>ttable (4,023>1,660).
