Data collection methods used are interview, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The analytical tool used a qualitative descriptive analysisto determine the impact of the existence of PT Eisindo on the economy of coastal communities in Waijarang Village, Nubatukan District, Lembata Regency. Theresults indicate that PT Eisindo is a fish processing factory built by the local government and village government whose management is carried out by the village community. PT. Eisindo has contributed greatly to the economy of the Waijarang Village community through three indicators, namely, income, employment and business opportunities. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by the people of Waijarang Village with the existence of PT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan  alat  analisis   Efektivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, peran BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Ndorurea 1 Kecamatan Nangapanda Kabupaten Ende pada Tahun tahun 2018 yaitu sebesar 83%, tahun 2019 sebesar 84%, dan tahun 2020 yaitu 87% dengan skor Efektivitas yaitu >81-100 dan kategori sangat efektif. Hasil olah data efektivitas untuk unit usaha simpan pinjam yaitu sangat efektif sesuai standar ukuran efektivitas yang sesuai Acuan Libang Depdagri. Diketahui  bahwa efektifitas peran unit simpan pinjam dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Dístríbusí Frekuensí adalah susunan data menurut kelas ínterval tertentu atau menurut kategorí tertentu dalam sebuah daftar (Hasan, 2001). Pengolahan data dílakukan dengan menggunakan skala líkert. Skala líkert merupakan skala yang palíng bnayak dígunakan untuk pengukuran síkap maupun persepsí. Tanggapan skala líkert dengan 5 pílíhan yaítu Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Kurang Setuju (KS), Tídak Setuju (TS), Netral (N), secara berturut-turut bernílaí : 5,4,3,2,1. Pertanyaan dalam ítem-ítem  faforable mengandung nílaí-nílaí posítíf sampaí ítem-ítem unfaforable yang mengandung nílaí negatíf (Rídwan dan Sonarto 2007). Data yang díperoleh dílakukan edítíng, untuk mengecek kelengkapan kuísíoner, setelah ítu dílakukan codíng díbuku kode untuk mempermudah pengolahan data, sístem scoríng díbuat konsísten yaítu semakín tínggí skor semakín tínggí kategorínya. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To calculate the multiple linear regression equation, the data must meet the basic assumption test, namely through the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: the first variable of the hotel and restaurant tourism sector tax has a positive effect on the development variable. This is evidenced by the results of the individual parametric significance test (t test). The value of tcount ttable (5.636 2.015). The two variables of employment have a positive effect on the development variable with a value of tcount ttable (3.215 2.015). Then for the F test, the value of Fcount Ftable (9.529 5.79). This means that the tourism sector tax and employment together have a significant effect on development. Dari tahun ke tahun, luas panen, produksi  dan produktivitas cenderung meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut menunjukan bahwa usahatani padi masih diminati oleh petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  biaya dan pendapatan usahatani padi di Kecamatan Lembor Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Lembor Kabupaten Manggarai Barat secara keseluruhan terdapat 69 rumah tangga petani yang dijadikan sampel secara acak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Kuantitatif dan  Kualitatif dengan menggunakan  alat  analisis   triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, perencanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Nagekeo pada tingkat Musrenbang dengan anggaran yang telah diusulkan maupun yang telah ditetapkan/disepakatisesuai hasil olah data Perhitungan Tingkat Konsistensi per Kecamatan di Kabupaten Nagekeo yaitu Konsisten dengan kategori Baik yaitu tingkat konsistensinya 70,0% dan Sangat Baik yaitu tingkat konsistensinya 100,0% dilihat dari keadaan di lapangan. Metode dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif, alat analisis LQ dan Shiftshare. Hasil penelitian 1) hasil analisis LQ yang menjadi sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Ende Provinsi NTT pada tahun 2014-2019 dengan kriteria LQ > 1, adalah sektor jasa perusahaan sebesar 1,50, diikuti oleh grosir dan sektor perdagangan eceran dan reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor sebesar 1,43, sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan sebesar 1,27, sektor Real Estate sebesar 1,18, sektor Manufaktur sebesar 1,16, sektor Jasa Lainnya sebesar 1,13, Penyediaan Air Minum, Pengelolaan Sampah sebesar 1,10, Pengolahan Limbah Sektor konstruksi 1,03, dan sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian 1,02.  2) hasil analisis Shift Share di Kabupaten Ende Provinsi NTT Tahun 2014-2019, sektor yang memiliki pertumbuhan rendah dan daya saing tertinggi dengan nilai Cij positif adalah sektor Industri Manufaktur sebesar 36,08, sektor Listrik dan Pengadaan Gas Bumi sebesar 7,58, sektor Penyediaan Air, sektor Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang sebesar 1,68, sektor Konstruksi sebesar 10,02, Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor sebesar 344,27, Sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan sebesar 186,64, sektor Akomodasi dan Penyediaan Makanan dan Minuman sebesar 41,90, Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi sebesar 4,184, dan Insuransi sebesar 16,2, dan Jasa Keuangan sebesar 228,16, Sektor Jasa sebesar 2,37, Sektor Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jamsostek sebesar 374,79, Sektor Jasa Pendidikan sebesar 53321,61, Sektor Jasa Kesehatan dan Kemasyarakatan sebesar 12,60 dan Sektor Jasa lainnya sebesar 10,50. This study uses qualitative research methods. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the authors use the SWOT analysis method. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is an analysis method of the internal factor analysis summary (IFAS), external factor analysis summary (IFAS) and the SWOT matrix. Based on the results of IFAS factor analysis and EFAS factor analysis, the following values were obtained: strengths (3.59), weaknesses (-1.85), opportunities (3.00), threats (-3.22) so that the coordinate points (1.74; -0.22) in quadrant II (Diversification Strategy), A verified strategy is a strategy that faces various threats, but this potential still has internal strength. The strategy that must be implemented is one that uses strength to take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of verified strategies. This indicates that tourism development in the Pulau Ende sub-district faces various threats from outside, although this score still has strength from an internal perspective. The results showed that: first, the health facility variable had no effect on the human development index. Second, the variable population density affects the human development index.
