This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which explains or describes the results of the research based on the data obtained from the research results. The population in this study are people in 7 sub-districts, and traders who sell in the market. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the community and traders as market users. The population in this study amounted to 179 people consisting of 140 people and 39 traders. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which contains statements and summarized in tables and graphs and explains them according to the results of the interview. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of the Bajawa Inpres Market to Pasar Baru Bobou resulted in many community complaints. In general, the results of research in 7 urban villages describe the community as agreeing with the market relocation. However, the community complained about the cost of transportation to the Bobou market. They said that the transportation costs were very expensive, up 100-200% from usual. Meanwhile, for traders, they complained about the availability of water in the market. Therefore, the recommendation given to the government regarding public complaints is that the government needs to provide free vehicles for the community, at least free vehicles in the city as transportation to the market if government funds allow. Meanwhile, for traders, the government must pay more attention to the availability of water in the market.","PeriodicalId":517501,"journal":{"name":"JURNAL EQUILIBRIUM","volume":" 41","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140389589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative, namely calculating the amount of contribution, and the effectiveness of local taxes and district terminal fees. Sikka 2014-2018. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of regional tax revenues to the Regional Original Revenue of Sikka Regency in 2014 to 2018 does not make a significant contribution to the PAD of Sikka Regency because the criteria for regional tax contributions are 10% -20%, the Contribution of Terminal Levies Receipts on PAD of Sikka Regency in 2014-2018 it was very lacking in making a meaningful contribution to PAD in Sikka Regency because the criteria for the contribution of terminal fees only reached 0.00% -10%. The average criteria for the effectiveness of local tax revenues in Sikka Regency during 2014-2018 were less effective because the criteria were 60% -80%, the average criteria for the effectiveness of receiving terminal fees in Sikka Regency during 2014-2018 were not effective because the criteria were less than 60 %. The lack of contribution of local taxes and terminal levies to PAD in Sikka Regency is due to the lack of public awareness of the obligation to pay taxes, lack of facilities and infrastructure for tax collection officers, levies are not running well, users of terminal services are less aware of paying fees, as well as the level of discipline and the officers' sense of responsibility is very lacking.","PeriodicalId":517501,"journal":{"name":"JURNAL EQUILIBRIUM","volume":" 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140389554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses quantitative research methods with the analysis technique used is the semilog linear regression model. To calculate the linear regression equation, the semilog model data must meet the classical assumption test and hypothesis test. This is evidenced by the results of the parametric significant test (t test). The coefficient value of the population variable is 2,322 with tcount<ttable (2,325>2,015), the coefficient value of the education level variable is -14.502 with tcount<ttable (-2.307<2,015), the inflation variable coefficient value is -0.784 with tcount<ttable (-4.781<2,015) and the coefficient value of the unemployment variable is 3.736 with tcount>ttable (3.401>2,015). Then for the F test, the value of Fcount>Ftable(7.642>5.19) is obtained. Based on the results of the calculation of the t test, it can be concluded that the population variable has no effect on the poverty level because the addition of the population is followed by a higher increase of other factors which are indicated to reduce poverty such as increased income in the community, causing a high poverty rate. goverment to finance his education thereby reducing the poverty rate in East Flores Regency. Inflation has a negative effect on the level of poverty, even though there is inflation, the poor are still able to meet their needs and unemployment affects the level of poverty because the unemployed are people who do not have jobs and income so they cannot make ends meet.
