Despite efforts, substantial disparities persist between males and females in unemployment rates. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and unemployment among women in Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta and Surabaya, through survey data analysis. The sample included 500 women from diverse age, educational, and professional backgrounds. The results indicate a moderate level of unemployment among Indonesian women, with variations in post-graduation experiences. Additionally, the study reveals that a higher level of self-efficacy among women, affects their abilities in effective interaction and emotional management in the workplace. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate a statistically significant positive correlation (α = 0.05) between unemployment and self-efficacy levels. From this specific accusation there has somehow developed an argument that all anthropologists carrying out fieldwork might actually be spies. This general misconception was not helped by the fact that in some cases that was essentially what they were doing, operating under the cover of their fieldwork as government agents. Unfortunately, many genuine researchers carrying out academic study have been tarred with the same brush. This article deals with one such anthropologist who researched during colonial rule and who, it is argued here, was most certainly not a spy. The study was prompted by the need for further research delineating the impact of social exclusion on academic delays across students from diverse backgrounds and personal circumstances. The study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data from a sample of 60 male and female students using a questionnaire focusing on the reasons for social exclusion and its impact on academic delays. The results indicated a moderate effect of social exclusion on academic delays, particularly due to neglect from parents and teachers. Furthermore, the study found no statistically significant differences in this effect based on gender, suggesting that the impact may be similar for male and female students. This study aimed to understand the impact of spousal violence on children, where the descriptive approach was used by conducting a sociological survey on a sample of 90 individuals. The results of the study showed that violence between parents consists of yelling at Children and may reach physical abuse, which results in children feeling afraid and the appearance of psychological problems. The hospitalized psychological patients mostly remained undisciplined and disturbed all the day. These patients should be engaged in different tasks on daily basis in which they can put their efforts to complete the tasks. In this way, these patients may improve their survival skills. 500 patients were asked to complete all the tasks mentioned in the worksheet on given time and day accordingly.  Majority of the patients showed positive response to all tasks such as about 88% patients got higher score where they fulfilled their all tasks and 12% patients were appeared with lesser score than other patients. Although the patients with lower score were also had not very low scores. The study showed significant result for this work schedule. Conflict is a state when units of intercourse agents are in dissension. When two agreeing parties’ dissent, the conflict has happened. The term conflict is relative as its usage spans across different segments, sectors, institutions and areas of life.  Conflict escalation refers to the spreading of minor disagreement between parties. Conflict de-escalation refers to the process of reducing the tension of any conflict, especially by not allowing it to be more destructive or going beyond the level it is. Social media is also part of the media type that is majorly centered on technological advancement. This study sought to identify the role of good social values in the reduction and reduction of domestic violence, specifically in the event of widespread tolerance among individuals. Using the social survey of a random eye of 30 cases. The findings found that increasing the level of tolerance and respect between spouses could contribute to reducing cases of domestic violence. The results also indicated that there were no differences between females and males in the relationship of tolerance and violence. While laws like 2018's Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act are a step in the right direction, the transgender population still faces prejudice and violence, including from those in positions of authority. Using quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and focus groups, this study provides a sequential explanatory mixed-methods analysis of police opinions. In the quantitative stage, police officers' cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitudes are measured with a structured questionnaire; in the qualitative stage, the reasons for these attitudes are explored using thematic analysis. An intersectional analysis is used to investigate the relationship between many social identities and police training and policy. Findings demonstrate a gap between policy and practice, impacted by cultural stigma, lack of proper training, and personal prejudices. In order to create a police force that is more welcoming to all members of the community, the study finishes with suggestions on how policy and training can be improved and how the public can become involved. The study used a social survey with a random sample of 30 male and female students who were selected non-randomly. The results of the study showed that university youth contribute to spreading the culture of environmental sustainability through university activities, and the university also spreads the culture of the environment by providing books and publications related to environmental preservation. On the other hand, the study found that curricula and programs are not linked to what is happening in the local environment. They offer a diverse learning environment that brings together students and professors from various cultures and backgrounds. This diversity enables students to learn how to effectively engage with different perspectives and cultures, thus fostering tolerance and mutual understanding. Moreover, universities actively promote humanitarian and social values that support peaceful coexistence and equality in society. This study aims to investigate the role of universities in fostering a culture of tolerance. Employing a descriptive approach and utilizing the social survey method, the study surveyed a random sample of 30 students from Philadelphia University. The findings revealed that the university contributes to the dissemination of tolerant values through extracurricular activities, community engagement, and academic coursework. Additionally, the study found that faculty members are committed to advancing social development through their roles at the university.
