The purpose of this observation is to determine the role of work experience in creating employee performance quality. The methods used are interviews, observations, and literature reviews. To achieve their goals and efforts, UMKM actors need experienced human resources. Mille Crepes Sinok Karawang is an UMKM that sells food, and this business requires employees who are skilled in cooking. If an employee has insufficient experience in their field, their work quality will be low and will impact the progress of the business, making it unproductive. Medan City is a metropolitan city in Indonesia facing the problem of a large number of street children. According to the Child Protection Regulation, the Medan Government stated that the number of street children in 2022 reached 550. Seeing the increasing number of street children in Medan and the various factors that cause children to become street children, the purpose of this research is to find out the background of street children choosing to work on the streets, the social relationships of street children, and the physical health of street children. The method used is quantitative descriptive research, which means this research describes a situation according to the actual events that can be interviewed, observed, and documented. Quantitative descriptive method is interpreted as a research method whose form of description is in numbers. From several locations in Medan City where children are used as places to earn money, in this research there are three points that are used as research locations, namely Pasar Raya MMTC, Terminal Aksara, and Alfamidi in Medan City. The results of the research show that poverty, parental pressure, social environment, low education, and the desire to have their own money are the factors behind street children in Medan. By working as street children, some street children have closed, indifferent, and lazy social relationships. The main purpose of this publication is to learn how to manage coffee waste from various coffee components produced by the people of Indonesia. The chosen research methodology is qualitative research with a literature study. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method by administering questionnaires to informants or the public to calculate, present, and percentage the number of people regarding smoking behavior. The analysis technique was conducted through interviews with questions that had been prepared in the questionnaire. The research results indicate that out of 30 samples taken from coastal communities, 60% of the respondents are active smokers, with the majority being 20 years old. The research was conducted on July 12, 2023 using a qualitative approach through interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis was carried out by asking questions and recording important information. The results of the research show that there are obstacles both from internal and external factors. Internally, educators experienced some difficulty in planning learning activities and managing time to deliver the material to be taught. The research uses a descriptive method with observation, photos, and notes to obtain data by observing language usage. Errors in language usage often occur in both spoken and written form, deviating from language rules and not in accordance with EYD (Improved Spelling). Language errors or language processes are closely related to the language learning process. Language errors occur in both spoken and written language, such as in the field of morphology. With these language errors, the analysis of language errors is very important. Language errors on banners on the highway in the field of morphology mostly relate to written language, including the use of standard and non-standard words. Based on the data found and analyzed, it can be concluded that errors in language usage in the field of morphology related to word writing are still often found in banner writings. This research project aims to find a solution to the environmental pollution problem caused by the accumulation of dry leaf litter. Compost is made using dry leaf litter waste as the main component and EM4 as an aid. EM4 is responsible for breaking down the organic material in the leaves. The finished dry leaf compost is odorless, in the form of loose granules, has a brittle and somewhat rough texture, and is dark brown in color. The research method used is literature research, or research derived from books and print journals accessible on Google Scholar. This type of research uses descriptive studies and several works of researchers with relevant fields of study. Data collected through inductive methods are then analyzed using one or more initial data sets. The obtained data is examined using a descriptive analytical approach. By transforming dry leaves into more useful and economically valuable compost, this research also aims to develop and enhance the creative abilities of the community and the local economy. Bright colors indicate composting that is too dry or moisture levels below 30%. One determining factor of compost maturity is its aroma. Spelling, conventional grammar, and common dictionary words are just some of the linguistic norms that can be found in standard words. The purpose of this research is to ensure how students use common and uncommon words. This research is qualitative and descriptive. Students majoring in Indonesian Language Education at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra participated in the research.
