The data employed in this study is acquired from the Central Statistics Agency. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology that incorporates observable variables that may be measured. This study centers on the commercial commerce occurring in Indonesia. The tests utilized in this study encompass numerous linear regression evaluations, f tests, and variable of dependence tests. The research findings suggest that the corresponding coefficient of determination test produces a result of 54.7%, indicating that government spending explains 54.7% of the variability in economic growth. The regression test results in a Sig value of 0.048 for the federal government's expenditure variable, which indicates statistical significance at a significance level of 0.05. The calculated t value is 2.063. Based on the processed data, it was found that the sig value on the leadership variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is 4.943 > t table 2.015. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the leadership variable partially affects the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees. Utilizing the Blue Ocean Strategy approach, the focus is on product innovation and marketing strategies to create new markets and expand market share. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative analysis, including case studies and customer surveys. The research findings indicate that the effective implementation of the Blue Ocean strategy can create differentiation and enhance competitiveness in the Raung Konveksi industry. This can be achieved through various means, including the development of unique and different products from competitors, as well as marketing strategies that introduce these products to new market segments. Through the Blue Ocean strategy, Raung Konveksi can avoid direct competition with existing competitors and create new space, enabling them to attract new customers and increase their sales volume. To test and analyze Operational Costs and Operational Income and Financial Deposit Ratio to Return on Assets directly or through the Non-Performance Financing variable as a moderating variable. The research object is Islamic banks in Indonesia using secondary data from financial reports from 2017 to 2021. The research design is a quantitative analysis using path analysis. The research results prove that the variables Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Financial Deposit Ratio have a significant positive effect on the Non-Performance Financing variable, the magnitude of the influence is 32.8%. The variables Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Financial Deposit Ratio are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the Return On Assets variable, with the magnitude of the influence being 76%. Based on path analysis, the Operational Cost variable does not affect the On Assets return variable with the Non Performance Finance variable as a moderating variable. The type of research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Linear Regression Test, Significant Test (t), and coefficient of determination (R2) using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 21 program. Capital structure variables are proxied with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size variables are proxied with natural logarithms of total assets, profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) and company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). In this study using a verifiative descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used was 138 out of 46 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that capital structure has no effect on the value of the company. The growing interest in skincare has created new opportunities in the business world, leading to increased competition among skincare companies. This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of social media marketing activities on brand equity and customer response to local skincare products in Indonesia. The study was conducted nationwide to focus on the local skincare product market and users in Indonesia. The research involved 224 respondents who participated in an online survey for easy questionnaire distribution. The data from the respondents were then processed using AMOS version 24. The research employed a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaire distribution. The variables used in this study include social media marketing activities, brand awareness, brand image, electronic word of mouth, and commitment. Based on the research results, it is evident that social media marketing activities have a positive impact on brand awareness and brand image. Brand awareness does not significantly influence e-WOM, but brand image has a positive impact on e-WOM. Over the last 5 years, investor interest in investing in the mining sector has increased rapidly. Movements in share prices of mining sector companies are influenced by several factors, including macroeconomics. This research aims to determine, test and analyze the influence of World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil) on Mining Company IHSG (Empirical Study of Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018 - 2023 Period). The population in this research are all mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018 – 2023 with a total of 66 companies. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique to obtain 37 companies. Secondary data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by SPSS 26 software. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and T test. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous), the results showed that World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil ) has a significant effect on the share prices of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Research results prove that World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices/Brent Crude Oil have a significant influence on stock prices The results of the T test (partial) show that World Gold Prices, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil) have a positive and significant effect on share prices of mining sector companies, while the Dow Jones Index has no effect on share prices of mining sector companies. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the PLN Mobile application in improving employee performance and service towards customer satisfaction. The method used is qualitative research using interviews and literature review observations. Interviews were conducted with employees of PLN UP3 Surabaya Barat and several customers who use the PLN Mobile application. For PLN UP3 Surabaya Barat employees, the PLN Mobile application is very helpful in performance because it is effective in serving customers and saves time. The existence of these digital applications is useful in facing current digitalization competition.
