Understanding the impact on the health of medical personnel is essential; the COVID-19 outbreak is still sweeping the world. With the empirical literature, we have succeeded in summarizing the impact of the HR crisis on the health of medical personnel. Exploratory systematic reviews have identified qualitative, theory-based empirical evidence against practitioners. We have searched a database of relevant HR crises and health issues. Then we analyzed it in depth with a phenomenological approach. A total of 40 peer-reviewed publications were reviewed, referring to the HR crisis and its impact on the health of medical personnel. Finally, this study confirms that the human resource crisis is transmitted to medical personnel through several models: (1) a decrease in the quality of health services; (2) the impact of inadequate service measures; and (3) increasing demands for health services from patients; (4) A wave of community protests for treatment; (5) service and budget inefficiency.","PeriodicalId":51699,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Research & Health Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72552467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previous research has not investigated the duration in measuring the exposure of narrative media (children's movies on television), which is one of the impacts on the acquisition of ToM. The movie on television represents the relations between children and their mental state. This study aims to investigate the influence of exposure to children’s movies on television towards children's ToM acquisition among preschoolers. ToM was assessed using a ToM scale by Wellman and Liu, and exposure to children’s movies on television was measured with a questionnaire. The study has been conducted to 85 preschoolers ages 3–5 years old/36-71 months ((M = 4.88 SD = 0,683), with the involvement of their parents to fill the questionnaires. The result of this study shows that exposure to children's movies on television does not significantly influence children’s ToM. Excessive internet user has emerged as a leading cause of behavioral and developmental problems in adolescents. There are several factors that influence the occurrence of internet addiction. The risk factors can be categorized by a social factor, psychiatric factor and biological factor. Some studies have found varied results. Molecular and functional imaging techniques have been increasingly used for the analysis of neurobiological changes and neurochemical correlates of IA. MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) studies demonstrate that structural changes in the frontal cortex are associated with functional abnormalities in Internet-addicted subjects. Recent research has implicated the role of the striatal dopaminergic system in the behavioral maladaptation associated with IA. It provided evidence for a molecular genetic link between serotonergic and dopaminergic neurotransmission and Internet addiction like dopamine polymorphism the DRD2/ANKKI Taq Ia and COMT Val158metpolymorphism and the gene coding for the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunit alpha 4 (CHRNA4). As both the genetic and personality traits are known to play a role in other addiction it is likely that same mechanism (biopsychosocial) underlie Internet addiction.","PeriodicalId":51699,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Research & Health Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72574778","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
