Selected individuals listened to Bûselik maqam music, which was recorded in advance, for 30 minutes, in a total of 6 sessions once a week in the morning, in the special area reserved for music therapy. Sociodemographic information form, KATZ Activities of Daily Living Scale, Life Satisfaction Questionnaire, Lawton and Brody's Auxiliary Activities of Daily Living Scale, Brief Selectivity Assessment Scale, and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale are used in the study. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks analysis was used for intragroup comparisons. \u0000Results: As a result of the study, no significant difference was detected in the intervals in daily living activities, quality of life and functionality of music therapy before and after the intervention (p>0.05).\u0000Conclusion: Regarding this study, receptive music therapy alone is not effective in individuals with schizophrenia. We think that leisure activity training under the leadership of occupational therapists during receptive music therapy will produce healthy results. In this way, we foresee that the intervention programs prepared by occupational therapists in a person-centered manner will increase the social functionality and range of patients and lead to positive results in society.

The indications for insertion of the PCN catheter included: 1) obstructing calculi (46.2%), 2) pyelonephritis (34.6%), and 3) symptomatic hydronephrosis without calculi (19.2%). Successful catheter placement was achieved in 25/27 procedures, yielding a success rate of 92.59%, and no major complications. Minor instances of transient hematuria were encountered in three cases. The mean duration of catheter retention was 72.58 days. All patients exhibited significant clinical and symptomatic improvement. Among these patients, 22 patients (84.6%) delivered their babies at full-term, 3 patients (11.5%) delivered prematurely, and 1 patient (3.8%) experienced a miscarriage.\u0000Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided PCN placement is a reliable method with high success and efficacy that can be applied during pregnancy. The data of the study were collected from 367 university students through an online questionnaire. The Attitudes Towards Individuals Living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) Scale for University Students and the participants' personal data identification form were utilized as data collection instruments. The statistical program IBM SPSS 26.0 was utilized to analyze the data.\u0000Results: It was discovered that the participants' mean age was 21.60±2.50, with 77.1% of them being female and 39.2% belonging to the senior category. The middle level scale had a mean overall score of 58.28±11.72. Gender and the overall Attitudes Toward Individuals Living with HIV/AIDS Scale score showed a significant correlation (p<0.05). It was discovered that women exhibited more empathy and had more favorable views toward those who were HIV/AIDS positive. Grade level and the sub-dimensions of acceptance, relationship, and empathy on the Attitudes Towards Individuals Living with HIV/AIDS Scale were found to be significantly correlated (p<0.05) when the association between the two variables was evaluated.\u0000Conclusion: In conclusion, sexually transmitted illnesses should be taught to university students who fall into the high-risk category for HIV/AIDS. Cells were exposed to 200 µM 6-OHDA for 24 hours to mimic the in vitro Parkinson's disease model. After one day, cell viability was measured by lactate dehydrogenase and 3-(4,5 dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide analysis. Oxidative stress was evaluated with tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, myeloperoxidase, and malondialdehyde assays.\u0000Results: It was found that the viability rate of Hawthorn berry increased depending on the concentration and the cell viability was 94% at the highest concentration (p<0.001). Also, 6-OHDA raised lactate dehydrogenase leakage in SH-SY5Y cells (p<0.001). While 6-OHDA exacerbated oxidative stress by enhancing tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, myeloperoxidase, and malondialdehyde (p<0.001), pretreatment with Hawthorn berry alleviated these toxic effects of 6-OHDA through antioxidant capacity by increasing glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione (p<0.05), (p<0.001).
