The research method is qualitative, with documentation techniques as one of the data collection methods, by viewing and analyzing documents created by the subject himself or other people about the topic. Data analysis, which consists of three main activities, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing/verification, is a series of activities inseparable from one another. This research shows that the primary substance in land consolidation is that community participation is necessary to donate part of their land, which will then be used to construct public and social facilities. Therefore, it is essential to socialize land consolidation with land rights holders or participants so that they understand the process and mechanism for implementing the land consolidation project correctly. With this understanding, urban land consolidation can be a problem solver and solution for creating a suitable living environment according to spatial planning and making land available for public and social purposes.","PeriodicalId":515775,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Science","volume":"2006 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140416458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The absence of treatment that can eliminate Osteoarthritis has led to an increasing demand for more effective treatment. In fact, common disease is age-related, and global statistics show that it is a significant health problem and financial burden on health and social welfare systems globally. This study aims to explain and analyze the effectiveness of combination therapy of stem cells and PRP in the treatment of Osteoarthritis. The research method used is a case study where combination therapy of stem cells and PRP offers the potential to modify the natural recovery of knee Osteoarthritis using stem cell-based technology. Stem cell therapy was given to 9 Osteoarthritis patients aged over 50 years, most of whom were female, who were proven to tend to improve their condition after undergoing stem cell therapy with PRP at the Vinski Regenerative Center and were able to carry out their daily activities again.","PeriodicalId":515775,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Science","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140415418","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine self-efficacy, which is an external variable, and technology adoption by MSMEs when implementing the integration of two technological models, namely task-technology fit (TTF) and technology acceptance (TAM), in their business activities. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to 269 MSMEs using convenience sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a greater influence than TTF on perceived ease of use, and the hypothesis about the components of TTF and TAM are supported based on the data on attitudes towards and intentions to use them. This study provides practical recommendations for stakeholders to empower MSMEs and for MSMEs themselves to leverage technology adoption in their business activities. The method used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study is toddlers aged 12-59 months in the disaster-prone area of Pantoloan, with a sample of toddlers aged 12-59 months. The results of the study show a significant relationship between food availability and the occurrence of malnutrition in toddlers (p = 0.000). This means that toddlers who do not have guaranteed food availability in the last 12 months have a greater risk of experiencing malnutrition. However, no significant relationship was found between a history of infectious diseases and the occurrence of malnutrition (p = 0.566), possibly due to the mild and non-persistent nature of malnutrition, which does not affect the toddlers' immune system. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between household food security and the occurrence of malnutrition (p = 0.006). Many families still need to prioritize adequate nutrition for their family, thus improving access to food to meet nutritional needs is still necessary. The study implies a deeper understanding of the factors influencing malnutrition in toddlers in disaster-prone areas and provides a basis for the development of appropriate interventions to improve the nutritional status of toddlers. Efforts to improve food availability and household food security are expected to reduce the risk of malnutrition in toddlers in the area.","PeriodicalId":515775,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Science","volume":"35 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140414312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method employed is causal research. The population of the study comprises 193 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing used as analytical techniques. The results of the analysis indicate that diversification does not have a significant influence on firm value. However, the independence of the board of commissioners and the competence of the audit committee significantly affect firm value. Additionally, firm size serves as a significant moderating variable in influencing the relationship between the independence of the board of commissioners, competence of the audit committee, and firm value. The implications of these findings are to provide valuable insights for practitioners and academics in understanding the factors influencing firm value in the Indonesian capital market. This underscores the importance of effective corporate governance implementation, particularly through enhancing the independence of the board of commissioners and the competence of the audit committee, as well as a better understanding of how firm size can moderate the relationship between these factors and firm value.","PeriodicalId":515775,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Science","volume":"19 35","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140409406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results found a significant difference in the level of commitment to the organization between Generation X and Generation Y. This difference can be attributed to differences in perceptions of empowerment and organizational values. Generation Y tends to show higher levels of commitment commitment because they are more open to participation in decision-making and value flexibility, innovation, and opportunities for development. They accept and are encouraged by empowering practices within the organization and values that align with their personal and professional aspirations. On the other hand, Generation X, although recognizing the importance of empowerment and organizational values, may need to be more skeptical or have lower expectations, which affects their level of commitment to the organization. This research has implications for Generation Y; organizations can focus on implementing broader empowerment practices, providing space for participation in decision-making, and providing opportunities for innovation and professional development. Meanwhile, for Generation X, efforts can be focused on clarifying organizational values and providing a more personalized approach to supporting their career development. Additionally, organizations can also consider customized training and development programs to suit the needs and preferences of different generations. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for human resource management in responding to generational differences in the workplace to increase the level of commitment and overall organizational performance.","PeriodicalId":515775,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Science","volume":"14 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140410083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
