Реакции, катализируемые рутением, являются мощными инструментами, которые избирательно и эффективно позволяют функционизировать индолины и обеспечивают доступ к разнообразным молекулярным структурам. В данной обзорной статье рассматриваются инновационные стратегии, механизм и методы оптимизации реакций, используемые в катализируемых рутением превращениях индолинов в С7-положении. Совместное взаимодействие рутениевых катализаторов и индолинов положило начало к синтезу ценных соединений, имеющих фармацевтическое и агрохимическое значение. Катализатор на основе переходного металла рутения имеет ключевое значение для разрыва связи С-Н и дальнейших превращений. Широкий спектр превращений может быть достигнут за счет катализируемой рутением С-Н функционализации. В этой статье анализируются и обсуждаются реакции присоединения типа Гриньяра, гидроксиметилирования и ацилоксилирования индолинов, катализируемые Ru. Among the republics of the Soviet Union, Georgia was in one of the first places with diverse natural healing resources, and was especially distinguished by balneological and climatotherapy resources.The article discusses the development prospects of resort tourism in Georgia. The country has many health facilities, spaces and opportunities that can attract local and foreign visitors seeking treatment and health rehabilitation. Georgia has a great natural and cultural heritage, which allows us to restore old resorts and develop new resorts to ultimately create more value in the tourism sector.The paper shows that the country is divided into 11 climatic and 12 resort-recreational districts, where there are more than 102 resorts and up to 1802 resort places, the classification of which is based on the main recreational factor. Mountain climatic, balneological, seaside climatic, balneoclimatic, climatic-balneological resorts are analyzed. Next, politics on protection of health of population (or health policy) is considered in the prism of global processes. Purpose. The purpose of this work is to study issues of social policy, in particular, its part relating to health care, in the context of global politics and to analyze the role of political institutions in the process of its formation and implementation. Methods. During the research, works devoted to the issues covered in the topic of the work were studied, in particular, the very concept of political institutions and the meaning of social policy were analyzed. A literature review was conducted and results were generated based on methods of generalization and comparative analysis. Main results and conclusions. Based on the materials studied, a conclusion is made about the key role of political institutions in the development and implementation of social policy, which on a global scale influences global health issue. The relationships are explored through the brain-gut-microbiota axis, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a harmonious balance for overall well-being. Methods: A selection criteria was determined after a thorough literature review across search engines and databases. SANRA guidelines were followed to draft the manuscript. Objectives: To elicit the interplay between sleep patterns, chronobiology, and circadian rhythm influence the composition and functionality of the gut microbiome in human participants. Results: Disruptions in circadian rhythms impact gut microbiota composition, leading to dysbiosis and pathological mechanisms. Reciprocally, variations in sleep duration and quality influence the diversity and function of the gut microbiome.
