Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and document analysis. These results highlight the importance of academic background, subject mastery, and technology integration in improving the quality of education. The results also show that collaboration among teachers and support from government and schools play an important role in creating a professional learning environment. Teachers with appropriate teaching qualifications tend to provide higher quality instruction, and their overall mastery of the subject matter influences student understanding. Technology integration and innovative teaching methods were identified as key factors to increase student engagement. Moreover, cooperation and exchange of experiences among teachers is an effective way to improve teaching skills. Government and school support, including the provision of resources, training and support, has been shown to play an important role in promoting the professional development of Islamic teachers. A supportive work environment and incentives for good performance motivate teachers. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the professionalism of Islamic teachers and their impact on the learning success of students at MA Al-Khoiriyah. Recommendations based on these findings include improving teaching skills, developing innovative teaching methods, and increasing collaboration among teachers. In this study, researchers conducted research using a qualitative approach, while the type of research used was a case study that explored real life. The sources of data and information obtained in this research were from observations and interviews with several parties concerned. The results of research at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School show that this method is very influential and effective for new students who will start the basic science of reading the yellow book, namely the science of nahwu and sharaf. The effectiveness of the al-Miftah method at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is that it provides a guarantee that within one year the students at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School have the ability to read the yellow book well according to the rules. This data can be proven that learning the Koran, especially in Indonesia, is very minimal. This can be caused by several factors, including a lack of motivation to read the Koran, or the method used is not appropriate to the condition of the individual being taught so that learning the Koran is difficult. This research aims to find out the process of implementing the Talaqi Method, the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the Talaqin Method and what the solutions are for overcoming obstacles to implementing the Talaqi Method. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques that researchers use are interviews, observation, documentation. Source of data for boarding school caregivers and students. Which can collaborate well so that the application of this method can be well received and students can also respond quickly in listening to the material. Not only for students but also can help teachers when KBM takes place, to make it easier to explain and practice it directly in real life. Parents also play an important role in this to support students' interest in learning. This CTL (contextual teaching and learning) learning method is a learning concept that can help teachers learn to link the content to be learned with the real world situation of students and encourage students to make connections between the knowledge they have and its application in their lives as members of the family and community.And with the application of this method it really helps collaboration between teachers and students. Apart from that, Islamic religious education also plays a role as a partner in emphasizing moral values and good character to the nation's future generations. This research was motivated by the decline in learning motivation of class IX students at SMPT Ar-Rasyid Tulungagung. So the formulation of the research problem is 1) what are the results of the implementation of Project Based Learning in PAI learning at SMPT Ar-Rasyid Tulungagung, 2) what are the obstacles and solutions to implementing project based learning in PAI learning at SMPT Ar-Rasyid Tulungagung. This research aims to identify improvements in learning outcomes for class IX students at SMPT Ar-Rosyid Tulungagung by applying the Project Based Learning learning method and to describe the obstacles and solutions to implementing project based learning in PAI learning at SMPT Ar-Rasyid Tulungagung. The research method uses the classroom action method (PTK) with stages starting from implementation planning, observation to reflection. The subjects of this research were 9 students at SMPT Ar-Rosyid Tulungagung using qualitative analysis. The results of the research showed an increase in cycle II of 83.3 from what was previously obtained in cycle I, namely 71. But in reality there is discrimination in the field of education and women are in second place. This research uses a literature study or known as library reserch. Data collection is carried out by collecting and retrieving relevant data then reviewing library sources such as books or journals. The type of research used is qualitative. While the approach used is content analysis, this is done by reviewing the content and explaining the material that has been studied descriptively. These steps are a way to obtain an explanation of Islamic education learning on gender equality. The results of this study show that gender equality in education must be realized, because it can have a good impact on the pace of the world and for students in it. This study aims to analyze the negative impact of using TikTok social media on student morals. This research uses qualitative methods used to research and get answers to existing problems. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are by observation and interviews. The basic core of the information is the interview results of grade 10 students and ustadzah MA Ma'ahid Kudus.
