Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 karyawan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 30 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non Probability Sampling. Salah satu jenis teknik pengambilan sampel dari non probability sampling adalah menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel jika seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalanan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. \u0000ABSTRAct \u0000This study aims to determine. This study aims to determine the effect of work competence, work experience and career development on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative research. The location of this research was conducted at PT. BNI Masamba branch office. The population in this study were 30 employees and the number of samples used in this study were all employees as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study on the non probabilty sampling technique. One type of sampling technique from non-probability sampling is to use a saturated sampling technique (census). Saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables of work competence, work experience and career development have a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BNI Masamba branch office. The variables of work competence, work experience and career development have a simultaneous and significant effect on the work performance of PT. Populasi sekaligus sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua pegawai dki RSUD Batara Guru Belopa sebanyak 65 orang, yang diambil menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, mutasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAct \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of mutation on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, determine the effect of mutation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency. The population as well as the sample selected in the study were all employees of the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital as many as 65 people, who were taken using simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Keakuratan dari pengakuan pendapatan tidak terlepas dari regulasi dan aturan yang mengatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada PT yang menerapkan PSAK 72. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami bagaimana entitas dapat mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengakui pendapatan dalam proyek-proyek yang melibatkan kontrak dengan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PSAK 72 pada PT X khusus nya pada proyek yang diteliti perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dalam mengakui dan mengukru pendapatan dari kontrak kerjsama proyek. Selain itu, PT X dalam mengakui pendapatan sebaiknya menggunakan metode pengakuan pendapatan yang paling sesuai dengan kontrak yang dikerjakan, agar pendapatan dan biaya yang diakui dapat diukur dengan akurat.\u0000ABSTRAct\u0000Revenues and expenses are important components as profit-forming instruments that must be recognized accurately and reliably. The accuracy of revenue recognition is inseparable from the regulations and rules that govern it. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies at PTs that apply PSAK 72. The aim is to understand how entities can identify, measure, and recognize revenue in projects that involve contracts with customers. The results showed that the implementation of PSAK 72 at PT X, especially in the project under study, needs to be adjusted in recognizing and booking revenue from project cooperation contracts. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitunglingkungan kerja> t-tabel (7,477 > 1,666) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian lingkungan kerja signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta MangkalukuKota Palopo.Nilai t-hitung kerjasama tim > t- tabel (5,644 > 1,666) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian kerjasama tim signifikan dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta MangkalukuKota Palopo. \u0000ABSTRAct \u0000This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City, (2) determine the effect of teamwork on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City. The population selected in this study were all employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku City. Palopo as many as 322 people, researchers took a sample of 76 people, with purposive sampling sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the t-count value of the work environment > t-table (7.477 > 1.666) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, thus the work environment was significant and had a positive effect on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City. Yang dikaitkan dengan 3 variabel terikat yaitu dewan komisaris, direksi, ukuran perusahaan, dan empat variabel bebas yaitu total kredit, total asset, laba, dan NPL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan ,menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel dewan komisaris mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Dewan direksi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilain kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penilaian kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Dan dalam variabel bebas total kredit, total asset, laba, dan NPL (kredit bermasalah) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian dari segi kinerja posisi tahunan yang sudah di teliti selama kurun waktu tersebut. \u0000ABSTRAct \u0000This study aims to determine the analysis of the application of Good Corporate Governance to assess the financial performance of PT, East Java Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Batu Branch in the period (2019-2021). Which is linked to 3 dependent variables, namely the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, company size, and four independent variable, namely, all credit, all asset, all profit, and NPL (non-performing loan). This study used a qualitative research method, using data analysis methods used in data collection and data reduction. The results of the study show that the board of commissioners variable has a significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim. the board of Directors has significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim. The size of the company has a significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim.
