Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk periode (2019-2021). Yang dikaitkan dengan 3 variabel terikat yaitu dewan komisaris, direksi, ukuran perusahaan, dan empat variabel bebas yaitu total kredit, total asset, laba, dan NPL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan ,menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel dewan komisaris mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Dewan direksi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilain kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penilaian kinerja keuangan Bank Jatim Cabang Batu. Dan dalam variabel bebas total kredit, total asset, laba, dan NPL (kredit bermasalah) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian dari segi kinerja posisi tahunan yang sudah di teliti selama kurun waktu tersebut. \nABSTRAct \nThis study aims to determine the analysis of the application of Good Corporate Governance to assess the financial performance of PT, East Java Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Batu Branch in the period (2019-2021). Which is linked to 3 dependent variables, namely the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, company size, and four independent variable, namely, all credit, all asset, all profit, and NPL (non-performing loan). This study used a qualitative research method, using data analysis methods used in data collection and data reduction. The results of the study show that the board of commissioners variable has a significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim. the board of Directors has significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim. The size of the company has a significant influence on the financial performance assessment of the Batu branch of Bank Jatim. 摘要
本研究旨在确定对良好公司治理的分析，以评估 PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk 在（2019-2021 年）期间的财务业绩。这与3个因变量（即专员委员会、董事、公司规模）和4个自变量（即信贷总额、资产总额、利润和不良贷款率）有关。本研究采用定性方法，使用描述性数据分析方法进行数据收集和数据还原。结果显示，董事会变量对 Jatim Batu 银行分行的财务绩效评估有显著影响。董事会对 Jatim Batu 分行的财务绩效评估有重要影响。公司规模对 Jatim Batu 分行的财务绩效评估有重要影响。而在自变量中，信贷总额、资产总额、利润和 NPL（不良贷款）对在此期间研究的年度状况的绩效评估有重大影响。本研究旨在确定对良好公司治理的应用进行分析，以评估东爪哇地区发展银行峇株分行（PT, East Java Regional Development Bank, Tbk.峇都分行在2019-2021年期间的财务表现。这与3个因变量（即专员委员会、董事会、公司规模）和4个自变量（即全部信贷、全部资产、全部利润和NPL（不良贷款））有关。本研究采用了定性研究方法，在数据收集和数据还原过程中使用了数据分析方法。研究结果表明，董事会变量对 Jatim 银行巴图分行的财务业绩评估有显著影响。公司规模对 Jatim 银行巴都分行的财务绩效评估有重要影响。在自变量中，信贷总额、资产总额、利润和 NPL（不良贷款）对在此期间检查的年度状况绩效评估有重要影响。
ANALISIS GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE UNTUK MENILAI KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TIMUR, Tbk CABANG BATU (PERIODE 2019 – 2021)
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Good Corporate Governance untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk periode (2019-2021). Yang dikaitkan dengan 3 variabel terikat yaitu dewan komisaris, direksi, ukuran perusahaan, dan empat variabel bebas yaitu total kredit, total asset, laba, dan NPL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan ,menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan reduksi data.
