Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitunglingkungan kerja> t-tabel (7,477 > 1,666) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian lingkungan kerja signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta MangkalukuKota Palopo.Nilai t-hitung kerjasama tim > t- tabel (5,644 > 1,666) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian kerjasama tim signifikan dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta MangkalukuKota Palopo. \nABSTRAct \nThis study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City, (2) determine the effect of teamwork on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City. The population selected in this study were all employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku City. Palopo as many as 322 people, researchers took a sample of 76 people, with purposive sampling sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the t-count value of the work environment > t-table (7.477 > 1.666) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, thus the work environment was significant and had a positive effect on the performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku employees, Palopo City.
