Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 karyawan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 30 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non Probability Sampling. Salah satu jenis teknik pengambilan sampel dari non probability sampling adalah menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel jika seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalanan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.
