Atas dasar itu dilakukan analisis sastra yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter dan nilai budayadari Antologi Cerpen Zulaiha Tongkang karya Hasan Al-Banna. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2022 sampai dengan April 2023. Data penelitian berupa kata-kata atau data tertulis dalam cerpen dalam antologi cerpen Zulaiha Barge karya Hasan Al-Banna. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik pencatatan dokumen dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data nilai-nilai pendidikan karakterdan nilai-nilai budayadalam cerpen—teknik analisis data dengan cara analisis interaktif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa aspek nilai pendidikan karakteryang paling banyak ditemukan adalah aspek penulisan sosial. Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam antologi cerpen Zulaiha Barge dapat digolongkan pada religiusitas, kepedulian terhadap sesama, kepedulian terhadap diri sendiri, dan nasionalisme. Nilai-nilai budaya yang paling banyak ditemukanadalah nilai-nilaiberhubungan dengan masyarakat. Nilai-nilai budayadalam antologi cerpen Zulaiha tongkang karya Hasan Al-Banna merupakan representasi kebudayaan Sumatera Utara. This study aims to develop a work-based learning model that incorporates the Teaching Factory concept (WBL-TEFA) with the goal of enhancing the learning achievement of automotive vocational students. Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model were implemented in this study. The results indicate that the WBL-TEFA learning model introduced novel elements to the model syntax through the following activity steps: (1) initiation, (2) receiving orders, (3) gathering necessary information, (4) generating and sorting possible solutions, (5) executing orders, (6) quality control, and (7) assessment. To implement this syntax, various supporting materials were developed, including model handbooks, lecturer and student manuals, and textbooks. Following the implementation, the experimental class demonstrated a significantly higher learning achievement gain score of 51.62 compared to the control class, which achieved a gain score of 42.52. Additionally, there was an improvement in task management abilities, work environment skills, interpersonal skills, workplace learning skills, and student critical thinking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan tradisi turun mandi dalam masyarakat suku Gayo di Desa Bukit Merdeka menjadi faktor utama yang menarik perhatian, dan untuk mengetahui pesan yang ada dalam tradisi turun mandi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, di mana sumber data diperoleh langsung dari lokasi penelitian dibantu dengan data-data literatur yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tradisi turun mandi adalah tradisi yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa bukit merdeka Kecamatan lawe sigala gala kabupaten aceh tenggara tradisi ini salah satu tradisi yang sudah ada sejak zaman nenek moyang dan masyarakat masih mempertahankan tradisi tersebut sampai saat ini. Pesan akidah yang disampaikan pada saat pemberian nama ini bukan hanya sebagai bentuk ritual, melainkan sebagai fondasi penting dalam membentuk keyakinan yang kuat dalam diri bayi. Sejak dini, akidah yang kuat diharapkan mampu membimbing bayi dalam menghadapi kehidupan dan menjalankan ajaran agama dengan penuh keimanan. Dalam konteks ritual turun mandi, pelaksanaan aqiqah juga tunduk pada prinsip-prinsip syariat sesuai dengan aturan agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Di mana penelitian ini menggunakan angka sebagai hasil akhir. Digunakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji Efektivitas dari bahan ajar bahan ajar ilmu tajwid matan Tuhfatul Athfal Berbasis Aplikasi Google Play Store. Hasil rata-rata nilai uji kelayakan yang diperoleh sebesar 92, 22% dengan kategori sangat layak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara model pembelajaran project based learning dengan hasil belajar PAI siswa dengan angka korelasi sebesar 0,443 dan koefesien determinanya sebesar 0,196 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ = 55,62 + 0,25 X1, (2) hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar PAI siswa dengan angka korelasi sebesar 0,590 dan koefesien determinanya sebesar 0,196 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ = 43,12 + 0,43 X2, (3) hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara model pembelajaran project based learning dengan hasil belajar PAI siswa dengan angka korelasi sebesar o,728 dan koefesien determinanya sebesar 0,529 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ = 71,67 + 0,406 X1 + 0,692X2. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif, menekankan pada realitas sosial secara utuh, kompleks, dinamis dan interaktif dengan mempertimbangkan keadaan objek yang alamiah. Data yang diperoleh dapat berupa kata, kalimat, diagram atau gambar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dengan jenis wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis yang peneliti gunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sosial religius remaja di Desa Lae bersih cenderung baik dikarenakan anak-anak remaja masih banyak yang peduli dan berkontribusi pada kegiatan sosial keagamaan sehingga dapat menumbuhkan rasa kekeluargaan antar warga. Metode yang dilakukan dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam ialah metode nasehat, keteladanan, pembiasaaan, diskusi dan pemberian targhib dan tarhib agar anak remaja di Desa Lae Bersih dapat semakin baik akhlaknya. Alasan peneliti memakai teknik dan metode penelitian kualitatif adalah agar dapat meneliti objek alamiah serta fakta-fakta dimana terjadi dilapangan, selain dari pada itu peneliti ingin mendapatkan data yang mendalam tentang mengeksplorasi Lokasi objek penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Teladan Cinta damai Kecamatan Helvetia Kota Medan. Dalam proses penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan jangka waktu ialah sejak bulan Januari 2023 sampai Maret 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah substansi paling mendasar nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di ajarkan dan penerapan kepada siswa SMA Swasta Teladan Cinta Damai adalah untuk memberikan suasana yang rukun dan damai sehingga dapat suasana belajar yang nyaman, meminimalisir adanya konflik dan gesekan antar siswa sekolah yang berbeda agama dan suku, membekali siswa dengan wawasan kemoderatan, serta agar tetap terpelihara kerukunan antar seluruh elemen dibawah realitas sekolah yang berbeda- beda. Increasing the capacity of Human Resources (HR) is needed in facing the demands of better public services. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources consist of open-ended interviews, as well as observation. While secondary data sources come from documentation studies obtained from the research location. The technique of determining informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely selecting based on criteria on informants who play a role in the Village RPL program, the Secretary of the Village Community Empowerment Office, the Head of the Community Empowerment Division, Surabaya State University and Yogyakarta State University and Village Officials. Data validation uses the data triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that the RPL Desa program in government openness has a collaborative process between the stakeholders involved, transparency of new student screening information data, and participation of village development activists as community servants facing problems in completing their studies. Supporting factors lead to the use of scholarships in higher education with recognition of experience, online learning, and RPL program organizers from quality universities.
