This research uses a post-positivism paradigm using a balanced scorecard (BSC) approach using primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analytical tools used are for financial performance including financial ratios and operational cost ratios to operational income (BOPO) as well as compliance aspects of financial management. Meanwhile, service performance includes customer aspects, internal business processes and learning and growth aspects. So, this research will depict the transformation conditions of BLUD management in the field in terms of financial and service performance aspects. The research results show that the growth and learning perspective has the best value compared to the other four perspectives. The Balance Scorecard emphasizes the importance of balancing various aspects such as financial and non-financial, short-term and long-term, as well as internal and external factors. The performance analysis of the BLUD is viewed from four perspectives: growth and learning, internal processes, customer satisfaction, and financial perspectives. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data collection is conducted through surveys to gather insights into the growth and learning perspective, the internal process perspective, and the customer satisfaction perspective. Secondary data is used to analyze the BLUD's performance from the financial perspective. The results of this study indicate that the health center has not yet met the target scores set by the government. Although some indikators have been achieved, there is still a need for improvement, particularly in internal processes and customer satisfaction. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation with active participation, in-depth interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The research results show: In the Agribusiness Program Driving Talas Air Tourism Villages (ANGGREK DEWATA) there are 3 (three) programs carried out by PT Pertamina EP Limau Field, namely: BU JUSI (Organic Cultivation of Siamese Oranges), BUDE ARTA MAJU (Women of Air Talas Village Managing Oranges) and PUTERI JELITA (Liquid Fertilizer from Air Talas Orange Waste. The economic impact of this program for women is an increase in family income by IDR 2,500,000/person/month or 20% from the previous year from product sales. This program also has a positive social and environmental impact. This is in line with the fifth SDG goal, namely gender equality Talas (DEWATA ORGANGREK) from the Social Return on Investment (SROI) Report shows that the calculated SROI value of the program is 1.66, indicating that every rupiah of program costs produces a positive change worth IDR 1.66. Meanwhile, from the results of the Community Satisfaction Index assessment, the Anggrek Dewata Program obtained Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) results with the predicate \"Very Good\", with an index value of 3.44 with a conversion value of 86.07%. The Commitment aspect received an average SME score of 3.80 and is included in the Very Good category. With the ERAS, role of nurses is high to care the patient recovery after surgery can reducing length of stay in hospital, post operative hospitalization early mobilization and level pain have been proven. However, most studies have been carried out in medical research. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of ERAS compared with control perioperative period care for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. The research has been designed as a quasi-experiment one group control and group intervention. The study was conducted at Pluit Hospital, Jakarta from July-August 2023 on a total of 65 patients with 40 patients each in the ERAS group and 25 patients control group. The main outcome was the length of hospital stay after surgery. The secondary outcomes Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) scores for post operative pain and early mobilization after surgery. The ERAS group was provided with perioperative education, pre operation 2 hours oral carbohydrates, intra operative insulation, early mobilization post operative, multimodal analgesia (colaborative intervention) and early activity. In the ERAS group Numeric Rating Scale after surgery was lower (1,87 vs 5,72, p value < 0,001), more earlier mobilization (3,45 hours vs 9,12 hours, p value < 0,001) and the length of hospital stay after surgery was shorter (27,13 hours vs 74,84 hours, p value < 0,001). The headquarters of the Tirta Darma Ayu Regional Public Company for Drinking Water is the location of this qualitative research. This research collects data through interviews, documentation, and observation. Instead, this study uses the dimensions of strategy, human resource capacity, and service quality. Three suboptimal aspects: reliability, responsiveness, and empathy are the things that many customers complain about. experiencing problems with the complaint service information system that uses digital platforms. According to this study, public service human resources are still less able to use digital platforms. The use of electronic technology in the form of health information improves patient safety through effective communication between health workers. A structured electronic handover process that can be used to support verbal handovers and reduce the risk of medication errors. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the electronic Handover (Proin Ho) training program on nurses' self-efficacy and satisfaction. The research was conducted in June 2023. The research sample used a total sampling of 124 nurses with 62 respondents in each group. Quantitative Quasi Experimental research method with pre post with control group with criteria for nurses with PK level 2 and 3, following full training, willing to be respondents. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis used t test and mutivariate backward LR linear regression. The research results showed that most of the nurses were <25-35 years old, women with D3 Nursing and PK III education. There are differences in Self-Efficacy from the 3 dimensions, most of them are good. There are differences in nurse satisfaction from the 4 dimensions, most of whom are satisfied. There was an influence on nurses' self-efficacy before and after being given the electronic handover program (Proin Ho) (p-value 0.001). There is an influence of satisfaction (p-value 0.000). Training and age are related to Self-Efficacy with p value: 0.000. Political candidates use this practice to increase electability and acquire power in electoral political contestation. This condition also occurred at the 2020 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in the East Sumba Regency. The study aims to investigate identity politicization in various forms and its impact on the 2020 Pilkada in the East Sumba Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate politicized identities during the Pilkada, including candidates' religious and ethnic identities, areas of origin, social stratification, and government bureaucracy. An interesting finding in this study is the politicization of the various identities existing in society and was carried out simultaneously to gain voter support to increase the candidates' electability. The academic contribution of this research is to exploit the full potential of identity simultaneously, including kabihu identity, to respond to the candidates' practical political interests to gain power despite the impact on segregation and polarization in society and diluting Sumba cultural values.
