The behavior and interests of tourists who visit a destination as a result of promotion via social media can be known through studies based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and engagement rate. These two approaches are widely used by companies or destination managers to understand tourist behavior and interests with the aim of increasing tourist visits. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by providing an explanation or description of the problems faced and supported by primary and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data collection used by researchers is observation, interviews, documentation. Where in the research there are three problem formulations, namely Social Media Platform Form, External Factors, and Internal Factors, Social Media Promotion, and Promotion Strategy. Poyalisa Island has its own charm in the Togean Islands, apart from that, its underwater charm and landscape are very pleasing to the eye. The use of social media will indeed have a good impact on increasing tourist visits. Efforts to plan interesting content are certainly one aspect that is very helpful in promotion and content creation efforts. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. This activity is carried out by investors both from within the country and abroad, having a positive impact on Indonesia's economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of investment in Indonesia and Vietnam, especially related to regulations in each country. In addition, the study also aims to identify the advantages and disadvantages of foreign investment in both countries. Descriptive legal research methods and comparative approaches are used to analyze the implementation of investment in Indonesia and Vietnam, focusing on investment regulations, advantages, and disadvantages of each country. The results of the study show that although Indonesia has natural potential, political stability, and strong government support, the country is still less attractive than Vietnam in terms of Foreign Investment (FDI). Vietnam has managed to attract more foreign investment thanks to more investor-friendly regulations and better legal certainty. Cirebon City Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Public Order and Community Peace was issued to tackle homeless people and beggars in Cirebon City but its implementation is not yet optimal. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used is the theory of collaborative governance by (Ansell and Gash, 2008) \"Collaborative governance is therefore a type of governance in which public and private actors work together in a distinctive way, using particular processes, to establish laws and rules for the provision of public goods\", namely there are five indicators, face-to-face dialogue, building trust, commitment to the process, mutual understanding, and interim results. The increase in threats is faced with obstacles for the authorities in balancing surveillance facilities and infrastructure with the technology used by smugglers. In addition, the need for intelligence data that is integrated with all related apparatus also requires a lot of development. This paper uses a qualitative approach. The data used are secondary data derived from related documents from several institutions, mass media articles and literature reviews related to strategic intelligence. Researchers concluded that smuggling using High Speed Crafts (HSC) in Indonesian waters has been frequent for the past few years. In 2019 and 2020, the DJBC and the Ministry of Finance succeeded in uncovering the practice of smuggling using HSC which had the potential to cause considerable state losses related to alleged money laundering crimes. The mode of HSC smuggling is carried out by the ship-to-ship method from large ships. Enforcement is challenged because the surveillance vessel facilities have a capacity that is not faster than the ships owned by the perpetrators, plus the changing point of the HSC of the smugglers spread across Sumatra and Java. The mixed methods study was conducted on 1002 random subjects. In addition, qualitative research models were conducted on laboratory specialists, health examiners and oncologists on CDA screening methods. This method does not cause reports of disease, but shows that there is a good tendency to cancer. The results of the study were processed using SEM PLS analysis using SmartPLS and expert opinion analysis using Facets. The expert source's opinion (expert decision) on the transfer of detection perception to screening using the CDA method is considered feasible and constructive. Reliability is calculated by the FACETS Program as a measure of sample variance, therefore, low values among a sample of raters indicate that the raters in the assessment are relatively homogeneous, with heterogeneous raters. There are no problems with convergent validity on the tested models; the AVE value of each construct exceeds 0.5, which means that the construct has good reliability. This research was carried out in Adultri Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency with a research period from March to May 2024. The research method was a complete random design (RAL) experiment with 4 treatments for the addition of shrimp head flour which included (A) 0% control, (B) 5%, (C) 10%, and (D) 15%. The study was conducted for 50 days and observations were made on the color of fish kept every 10 days with Toca Color Finder. The results showed that the addition of shrimp head flour to the feed could increase the color brightness of peacock cichlid fish with significantly different results from the control treatment but not significantly different between the treatment with the addition of shrimp head flour. The highest color increase was obtained in treatment C with the addition of shrimp head flour of 10% with an average score of 4.53 and a color improvement value of 2.2 scores and color change values. Therefore, systematic and targeted efforts are needed to resolve land disputes in Indonesia. The National Land Agency (BPN) as a government agency tasked with managing land has an important role in resolving land disputes. This research aims to examine the role of BPN in resolving land disputes in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that BPN has a central role in resolving land disputes in Indonesia. As an institution responsible for land administration and management, BPN plays a role in facilitating legal and administrative processes related to ownership, utilization and resolution of land disputes. BPN is tasked with providing legal certainty regarding land status, verifying ownership claims, and providing land certificates to the legal owners. Apart from that, BPN also plays a role in mediating and resolving conflicts between parties involved in land disputes, whether between individuals, traditional communities, or private parties.
