This study delves into the intricate interplay between consumer individual characteristics and the efficacy of online comments, offering a comprehensive investigation of their relationship. Drawing from established theoretical frameworks and considering demographic, behavioral, psychological, and cognitive attributes, we construct a conceptual model that encompasses a spectrum of variables. Utilizing a Likert five-point scale, a survey questionnaire was administered to over 500 participants via an internet-based platform. Subsequent data analysis, including reliability and validity assessments, correlation analyses, and stepwise regression, affirms the influential role of consumer characteristics in shaping the impact of online comments. The findings underscore the significance of behavioral tendencies, psychological dispositions, and cognitive traits in amplifying the efficacy of online comments. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics underlying online comment effectiveness, enabling consumers to make informed decisions and aiding internet service providers in devising tailored marketing strategies. In recent years, the red tourism industry in Linyi has achieved significant development. Using econometric analysis models, using the Linyi red tourism development (measured by domestic income of red tourism) and regional economic growth (measured by GDP) from 2000 to 2019 as endogenous variables, a VAR model is constructed to empirically analyze the impact of red tourism development on regional economic growth. Through research, it has been found that a positive impact on the domestic and international income growth rates of Linyi's red tourism has a positive impact on the GDP growth rate, and from a trend perspective, the duration is relatively long; This indicates that the domestic and international income of Linyi's red tourism has a significant promoting effect on Linyi's economic growth. From the results of variance decomposition, it can be seen that the contribution rates of domestic and international income from Linyi's red tourism to Linyi's economic growth are not significant at first, without considering the contribution rate of Linyi's economic growth itself. However, there has been a significant growth trend since the second period. Based on the analysis of the economic effects of red tourism, considering the overall nature of Linyi's red culture, proximity to geographical location, convenient transportation, and government support, this paper analyzes the specific path for the coordinated development of Linyi's red tourism. Under the background of China Manufacturing 2025, the new generation of digital technology has had a fundamental impact on the reform of China's manufacturing productivity. It also provides a strong driving force for China's manufacturing industry to achieve high-quality development. At present, how to give full play to the driving role of digital innovation elements and achieve performance improvement has become a key concern of the country and enterprises. Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2007 to 2021, this paper uses multiple perspectives to measure the digital transformation of enterprises, uses the fixed effect model to verify the promotion effect of digital transformation on innovation, and further uses the multi-period DID model to verify the impact of digital transformation on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises through the parallel trend test. Through the empirical test, it is found that digital transformation can significantly promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance. The research reveals a positive correlation between higher frequency of social media usage and increased student engagement in organization activities. The study provides valuable insights into the relationship between social media and student organizations, contributing to the improvement of student engagement, organization efficiency, and the understanding of social media's role in higher education. Teachers in these settings perceive their role as essential in promoting holistic child development and employ various strategies while encountering challenges related to limited resources, weather constraints, and managing diverse needs. Positive outcomes include enhanced physical fitness, problem-solving abilities, creativity, social skills, and emotional well-being in children, along with improvements in independence, self-regulation, communication, and collaboration skills. Implications for practice call for professional development opportunities and resources for teachers, while policy recommendations emphasize the integration of outdoor game education into the curriculum and the allocation of dedicated time, resources, and safety guidelines for outdoor play. Drawing on the Reputation Quotient Model, this research examines reputation in terms of innovation, workplace culture, social responsibility, financial performance, emotional appeal, and products and services. It also explores the interplay between brand association, brand identity, and the overall quality of academic services and how these factors affect the perception of the institution. The study's findings reveal that the perceived quality, brand association, and brand identity play pivotal roles in shaping the brand reputation management of Chinese higher education institutions. The research provides valuable insights for institutions to enhance their brand management strategies, thus attracting and retaining high-quality faculty and students while fostering engagement with stakeholders and alumni. Additionally, it emphasizes the need for institutions to balance global and local perspectives to maintain brand relevance and reputation in the competitive higher education market. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with instructors to explore their experiences, perceptions, and strategies related to teaching effectiveness and work commitment. The findings reveal several key themes. In terms of teaching effectiveness, instructors emphasized the importance of dedication to student learning, adaptability in teaching methods, and subject matter expertise. Factors such as student engagement and active learning were identified as influential. Regarding work commitment, instructors were motivated by personal fulfillment, professional growth, and a supportive work environment. Strategies for enhancing work commitment included continuous professional development and building positive relationships with students. The implications of the findings suggest that the college should prioritize providing professional development opportunities, foster a supportive work environment, and promote student engagement.
