Firstly, it introduces the definition, development history and main technology and application areas of artificial intelligence. Then, it analyses the overview of the application of AI in the business field, including personalised recommendation, intelligent customer service and other aspects. Subsequently, how AI has changed marketing strategies and practices is explored and compared with traditional approaches. In terms of specific applications, the role and benefits of personalised recommendation systems, intelligent customer service systems, etc. are highlighted. In addition, the application of data-driven market trend analyses, intelligent predictive models, etc. in marketing is examined. However, the uncertainty of EV users' participation in aggregator regulation affects the optimal strategy for aggregators to participate in the market. Aiming at the uncertainty of users' willingness and the conflict of interest between aggregators and the distribution network, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling strategy of master-slave game for EV aggregators to improve users' willingness with a point system. First, the second-order cone optimal current model of the distribution network is established, and then the distribution network node marginal tariff is obtained. The research data comprises 178,563 user comments and 42,786 social media posts. Sentiment features are extracted using advanced sentiment analysis algorithms such as BERT and Transformer. These features are combined with user behavior data and classified into five primary groups using the K-means clustering algorithm, each representing distinct user needs and sentiment tendencies. Based on the user profiles, three product iteration schemes were designed and implemented. The effectiveness of these iterations was validated through A/B testing, resulting in significant improvements in user satisfaction and usage rates. Regression analysis reveals that both sentiment scores and user behavior features have a significant positive impact on user satisfaction. In order to study the impact of ESG on enterprise value, this paper empirically examines the impact of ESG performance on enterprise value and its mechanism of action, taking listed companies of enterprises from 2013 to 2023 as the research sample. The research results show that ESG performance can significantly increase enterprise value. The study of the mechanism of action shows that corporate ESG enhances corporate value through digital transformation, promoting corporate innovation, and enhancing financial asset allocation. Heterogeneity analyses find that the positive effect of ESG on firm value shows differences among different types of firms, especially among state-owned enterprises and high-tech firms, where the positive effect of ESG performance on firm value is more significant. This study examines the impact of corporate digital transformation on stock price synchronisation, focusing on the mediating role of disclosure and corporate governance in it. Through empirical analyses of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2021, this paper finds that digital transformation significantly reduces firms' stock price synchronicity. Specifically, digital transformation reduces information asymmetry by enhancing the transparency of firms' disclosure and the efficiency of corporate governance, which reduces the synchronisation of firms' share prices with market volatility. In addition, this paper finds that digital transformation has a more significant impact on manufacturing and high-tech firms.
