The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has a vital role in the Indonesian economy in the era of globalization to be able to make changes in the export context. This research aims to solve the problem of developing an export marketing strategy at PT Agritek Desa Indonesia for its product, namely ChipsyChips, to increase production through marketing by implementing the ADKAR method. Setu Babakan Village is known as one of the leading cultural tourism destinations in Jakarta, which promotes art, music, dance, culinary, and typical Betawi traditions. In the context of globalization and technological development, this study aims to analyze how Setu Babakan Village utilizes its cultural potential to maintain its status as an icon of Betawi Culture. We discussed the efforts of local communities and government support, as well as the challenges faced in safeguarding cultural heritage and promoting it to present and future generations. This research provides insight into the importance of preserving local culture amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. The foundation of this research concept uses the A5 concept (Attractions, Accessibility, Accommodation, Activities, Amenities). The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Techniques for determining informants use purposive techniques in data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the development of tourism in Setu Babakan Tourism Village is optimal. As a business with a large market, Optik Metro plays a role in the imported glasses business. Its large monthly turnover of up to 40 to 60 million demonstrates its success. Optik Metro is currently collaborating with two imported glasses Suppliers, namely PT A, which distributes glasses from Japan, and PT B, which distributes glasses from China. Optik Metro has trusted its supply of goods from these two Suppliers for 10 years. However, over time, these Suppliers were found to have made mistakes that caused Optik Metro to suffer losses, such as delays in the arrival of goods and many products that were found to not meet the requirements or were defective. The length of Optik Metro's cooperative relationship with glasses suppliers PT A and PT B has led Optik Metro to announce delays and defects in imported glasses. However, if this phenomenon is unchecked, large losses may occur and have fatal consequences if the Supplier's performance is not effective and efficient. Supplier selection is one part of Operations Management, namely supply chain management, closely related to distributing products to consumers. Medical training plays a critical role in producing qualified doctors. Competent doctors, the result of training provided by quality medical education institutions, provide quality health services to the community. Motivation is significant in determining learning success. This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation for entering medical and dental faculties and student's academic achievement. An online survey was used to collect data for this research. The sample population of the research was medical and dental students from Prima Indonesia University. The strength of the Motivation for Medical Students (SMMS) instrument, translated into Indonesian, was used to collect data for student motivation. 123 out of 493 medical and dental students participated in this research. Survey results show that suitability and interest are why students enter medical and dental faculties. The Spearman's rho correlation test shows no significant relationship between motivation variables and GPA, with Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.303 where p > 0.05. The Mann-Whitney test shows no statistically significant difference between the two genders with Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.558 where p > 0.05.
