Hemeida","doi":"10.21608/aja.2024.286601.1639","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/aja.2024.286601.1639","url":null,"abstract":"The study’s objective is to look at the effects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem (access to government policies and regulations, financial support, government programmes and support for assisting new and growing firms, education and training for entrepreneurship, research and development transfer, market openness and barriers to entry as issues for entrepreneurship, commercial and professional infrastructure for entrepreneurs, access to physical infrastructure for entrepreneurship, cultural and social norms) on startup organisation success through the mediating roles of lf-efficacy, , entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial tention. For this research, the interpretivism philosophy was chosen, and both the inductive approach and mixed analysis were chosen to enable the researcher to fulfill the goals of the ongoing study. Furthermore, the researcher developed interviews and questionnaires as a tool to collect primary data from startup owners and employees in Egypt. Therefore, we found partial support for the impact of entrepreneurial ecosystem dimensions on self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial intention. We also found support for the influence of self-efficacy on startup organisational success and performance. The study also confirmed the impact of entrepreneurial attitude and intention on the success and performance of startups. The study concluded that there was partial support for the influence of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on startup organisation success. Finally, the study found partial support for the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between the factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup organisational success. Partially supported was the mediating effect of entrepreneurial attitude on the relationship between the factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup organisational success. The paper applied a descriptive qualitative research design with a purposive quota sampling technique. Thirteen Saudi employees from different food and beverage firms were recruited and interviewed using a semi-structured interview protocol. Thematic analysis of English transcripts resulted in the development of three themes that highlight what aspects are important to consider when implementing organizational changes such as value-added taxation programs, from an employee perspective: (a) open communication, (b) training, and (c) timeframe. This research contributes to the literature on the resistance to change in the context of an emerging economy such as Saudi Arabia. Moreover, this paper sheds light on the main causes of and solutions to resistance to organizational change executed by firms and employees. The objec - tives of this research are: to examine how DOI affects adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to identify how DOI affects technological innovativeness in the Egyptian private universities, to investigate how technological innovativeness affects adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to test the mediation role of technological innovativeness in the relationship between DOI and adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to identify the most influential barriers affecting DT adoption in the Egyptian private universities and to develop a framework for the relationship between DOI on adoption intention to DT with mediating role of technological innovativeness in the Egyptian private universities using structural equation modelling. This research used a quantitative analysis by using a questionnaire tool to gather required data and structural equation model analyses (SEM) using AMOS software. The results found that all hypotheses are supported. The study followed the quantitative approach and data gathered from a survey of 403 patients. The results were analysed by using structural equation model analyses (AMOS) 26. The findings of this study showed a significant direct effect between innovation capabilities including technical and non-technical innovation on loyalty. In addition, it showed that CEX partially mediates the relation among technical and non-technical innovation capabilities and Loyalty.
