The nursing process is an inseparable part of nursing care services. A nursing process that is carried out well is one of the indicators for determining the assessment of the quality of nursing care services in a hospital. One component to be able to realize quality nursing care is the nursing documentation aspect. Good documentation is beneficial for patients, nurses and hospitals and can be used as a guide to provide quality services. Nursing documentation carried out by partners in using the SDKI, SLKI and SIKI guidelines has not been carried out optimally and well integrated. Interactive slicers and filters are applied to give users flexibility in exploring data in greater depth or detail. The main focus of visualization is sales analysis, customer trends, and inventory monitoring. Selection of performance metrics including total sales, customer returns, and profit analysis. In this context, the teacher’s role is very important in providing a comprehensive education to students and helping them overcome challenges related to their family conditions. Introducing how to make cattle feed using agricultural waste feed ingredients using appropriate processing methods in the beef cattle farming business group. Community service activities aim tutilize and apply feed from agricultural waste. Processing in the manufacture of feed from agricultural waste as an alternative feed to replace forage during the dry season. This is intended so that farmers can make their own feed and run their livestock business in a more focused manner. One form of drug dosage preferred by adult patients is a solid dosage form in the form of tablet. The aim is to increase understanding and technical abilities of pharmacy students in tablet manufacturing and tablet quality control. The method used was theoretical, practical and final evaluation which was carried out on 18 pharmacy students in the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory on the Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The result was the community service activities through training in tablet making and tablet quality control received enthusiasm and good responses from a total of 18 students participating. However, the growth of MSMEs related to technological advances is still not in line with expectations. The proportion of MSMEs that use online sales is still low. This is caused by many MSMEs who do not understand the technical procedures for online sales. The purpose of this activity is to develop MSME expertise in universal management, digital marketing and financial recording. The development and improvement carried out is in the form of developing skills in making marketing planning, digital marketing and understanding financial records so that they can be useful in developing businesses that will be run in the future. The training participants were 34 micro-enterprises, most of which were culinary businesses that were given the management training they needed.
