Corporate culture is one of the main elements that contributes to a company's success. The purpose of this essay is to ascertain how corporate culture at Vietnam's National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) affects internal control. The author's primary research methodology combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. Through quantitative research, the model is analyzed, quantified, and tested. We make use of primary data from an employee survey conducted by Petrolimex in Vietnam. Regression models are used to examine the 220 research sample. Research results have determined that corporate culture factors, such as creative culture (sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), affect positive internal control at Petrolimex. Based on the result, we propose governance implications for the business leaders of these firms to improve internal control. Besides, research results provide useful references for research on related issues. However, this research paper aimed to evaluate the impact of green determinants which include green packaging, supply chain, and advertising on the sustainable performance of the pharmaceutical sector of Thailand. The mediating role of competitive advantage has also been evaluated in this study to improve the sustainability performance of the sector. A study model that was conceptual in nature produced to evaluates the relationships from that model. The target population of this research was 540 managers of different pharmaceutical firms in Thailand, out of which 259 were female and 281were male. Several techniques and tests were also being used to check as well as to calculate results such as confirmatory factor analysis, KMO, and SEM. The testing of relationships gives results that indicate that the impact of green packaging has been significant in the sustainable performance of the sector. Furthermore, the findings also indicate that competitive advantage positively mediates the relationship between green practices and the sustainable performance of the sector. The significant findings of this research paper will positively contribute to the existing literature. The aim is to reveal how the growth of the tourism sector in ASEAN countries. The research locations for this comparative study were Lombok Island, Indonesia as well as the island of Terengganu, Malaysia. Qualitative research methods guide researchers to answer the formulation of the problem. From the results of data analysis, halal tourism conditions on Lombok Island are supported by geographical location. However, the condition of facilities, accommodation, and business support still need to be addressed. Halal tourism conditions on Terengganu Island are supported by qualified facilities, accommodation, and government regulatory support. The comparative study shows that halal tourism on Lombok Island and Terengganu Island has differences from the condition of business actors. There is still low awareness of restaurant owners to make halal certification on Lombok Island. The similarity in policy is strong institutional support. The conclusion is that economic growth through halal tourism in Indonesia and Malaysia is highly dependent on strengthening the strategies carried out. That is by implementing Pentahelix collaboration that focuses on geographical potential, facilities, accommodation, supporting infrastructure and government policies. The establishment and improvement of the accountability system for Macao officials is a significant administrative reform, which is related to the legitimacy of government governance and the trust of the Macao public in the government. Since 2005, the SAR government has responded to societal demands by initiating research on the establishment and improvement of official accountability systems, forming a dual accountability structure consisting of leadership and supervisory accountability, as well as primary official accountability. In the practical operation of the accountability system for officials in Macao, the existence of the administrative authorization system has led to unclear authority and responsibility relationships in Macao’s public administration, which in turn leads to the inability of official accountability to truly operate. The key to improving the accountability system for officials in Macao is to standardize the authorization system, avoid the personification of administrative authorization actions, and ensure that administrative authorization actions are within strict institutional limitations. Female feminists are actively seen taking cudgels opposing the unjust behaviour being conducted against women. However, the accounts of males promoting the notion of feminism are still lacking or hardly find any pertinent in contemporary society. Some characters from Indian mythology too are portrayed as strong believers of gender uniformity. Feminist studies have already been conducted on female characters, for example, Ahalya, Sita, Draupadi, etc. This paper focuses on the character of Shiva, who being in the somatic body of patriarchy stood up for the rights of women and affirmed the idea of gender parity. He sets an example for contemporary men, encouraging gender equality. By the dint of his various life incidents, the way he treats his consort and values the individuality of women around him, this paper analyses Shiva through the lens of feminism. This paper examines the pivotal role of Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) in enhancing education administration through AI-powered solutions. By automating routine tasks, providing real-time analytics, and supporting data-driven decision-making, ITS contribute to more efficient and effective management of educational institutions. We explore several models that illustrate the diverse applications of ITS in administration, including automated workflow management, data-driven decision-making, personalized learning support, resource optimization, and enhanced student support services. Each model demonstrates the potential of ITS to streamline operations, improve resource allocation, and offer personalized educational experiences, thereby reducing administrative burdens and fostering a more adaptive and responsive educational environment.Through a comprehensive analysis of current implementations and case studies, this paper highlights the transformative impact of AI-powered ITS on education administration. The findings underscore the importance of careful implementation and continuous evaluation to address challenges such as data privacy and ethical considerations, ensuring that the benefits of AI are equitably distributed among all stakeholders in the educational ecosystem. This study aims to identify the factors influencing spatial transformation management at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) and explore the relationships between economic, social, government policy, and environmental dimensions with spatial management. Path Analysis was used to analyze data collected through questionnaires from the community around CPI in Makassar City. The findings show that economic, social, and government policy dimensions have a significant influence on spatial transformation management, while the environmental dimension does not show a significant relationship. The implications of this research highlight the need for a holistic approach in developing sustainable cities, considering economic, social, and policy aspects in an integrated manner. Practical recommendations include increasing community participation in government policy processes and further research to deepen the understanding of factors influencing spatial transformation management.
