The emergence of sects and divisions did not stop among the Muslims, even during the time of the infallible, from the time of the Commander of the Faithful, to our present time. There is no imam who does not have a standing, and these The Waqifites were companions of the Imams, peace be upon them, and they transmitted from them, and our narrative heritage reached us through the transmission of some of them, so we can hardly find our heritage devoid of them, until Sayyid al-Murtada Alam al-Huda said (For most of the jurisprudence and its majority, and even all of it, is not devoid of its document from those who adhere to the Waqifi school of thought, either it is originally in the report or Branch, narrator on the authority of others, and narrated on his authority, and to the extremists, and the rhetoricians, and the fifth, and the people of solutions, like so-and-so, and so-and-so, and so many others), so it becomes clear that their contribution had a prominent impact. Therefore, in this research, the researcher deals with the quantitative and qualitative impact left by one of the most prominent figures and scholars of the Waqfah, represented by the person of Al-Hasan bin Muhammad bin Sama’ah, on the legacy of the Imami, by collecting his narrations in the book Al-Kafi with its three sections (fundamentals - beliefs - branches - jurisprudence - and Rawda); Because it is one of the main sources for extracting doctrinal and jurisprudential narratives, and then reviewing the evaluations of the chains of transmission of the narratives transmitted by Al-Hasan bin Muhammad bin Sama’a, and in which books, to demonstrate the impact he left on our narrative heritage by being one of the faces and scholars of the Waqifa. The research was designed in stages by using the Research and Development (R & D) approach. The respondents of this research are students of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang and the manager of the industrial work practice program. The results of the study found a model of the contextual employment practice of work-based learning in order to improve professional competence for prospective teachers. The analysis of the discussion shows the variety of readiness, attitudes, and quality of learning in the place of internship, so it needs to do the more further analysis so that students are better prepared in preparing themselves to participate in industrial work practice programs. In addition, the management of Internship has not used a model in the context of work-based learning, as expressed by the head of the fieldwork group of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The implications of the findings of this model can be in line with the programs that have been prepared in the management of internship with an emphasis on work-based learning, which is expected to improve the professional competence of prospective ex-LPTK teachers. A qualitative approach, specifically the strategy of grounded theory, is used. The research began with in-depth interviews with 15 nonprofit university administrators, staff, and marketing experts to develop the initial model. Then, using the grounded theory research strategy, the steps of open, central and selective coding were completed and the initial model of the research was obtained. Based on this model, the research findings were categorized into groups of causal conditions, central phenomena, contextual factors, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences of ethical marketing. The central phenomenon in this mixed study is ethical marketing, which is influenced by several causal conditions such as: increased awareness and social demand, competition in the educational market, and legal and regulatory pressures. The findings of this study contribute to the development of an ethical marketing framework suited to the unique context of non-profit universities in Iraq. The development models of sports industries in various countries have their own characteristics, but there is also room for mutual learning and optimization. Based on the perspective of comparative research, this paper selects developed countries with sports industries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan as research objects, and deeply explores their successful experiences in sports management innovation. By using theoretical tools such as new institutional economics and endogenous growth theory, combined with quantitative research methods, this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and differences of these countries in sports management system, policies and regulations, market operation, talent training, etc. The study found that the coordinated development model of government guidance, market dominance, and social participation is the key to promoting sports management innovation. At the same time, factors such as technological innovation, talent training, and brand building have an important impact on the sustainable development of the sports industry. This paper constructs a sports management innovation evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 20 indicators, which provides a theoretical basis and practical guide for optimizing sports management in different countries and regions.
