Does Allah mean women? Why did He who said women singled them out, or does it mean orphans? What is their evidence? Or both? Or do you call every fool? What is the reason that called for calling every fool? All of these aspects have been presented by commentators, and which of the aspects is the closest? What is the evidence for that? When we search for the word in Quranic verses, what result do we reach, and if we say either of them, what is the result of this statement? All of these questions show the importance of the topic, and we will try to answer them as much as possible, either explicitly or implicitly through research. The research adopts a descriptive, quantitative approach, employing the Short Inclusion Scale – an established 8-item instrument – to assess perceptions among a diverse sample of 130 Indian organizational employees. Statistical analyses encompassing descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and ANOVA were utilized to evaluate the research hypotheses. The findings reveal significant discrepancies in perceptions of inclusion initiatives across employee age, religious affiliation, hierarchical level, and tenure. Conversely, no statistically significant variations were observed in relation to gender, sexual orientation, or educational attainment. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 326 respondents across various regions of Kosovo. Given the data structure, the study employed logistic regression analysis to investigate the relationship between digital skills, internet access and engagement in digital economic activities. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between internet access and digital skills with engagement in the digital economy. Specifically, individuals with higher digital skills and better internet access demonstrate higher levels of participation in digital economic activities. Furthermore, the study identifies demographic factors such as age and profession that significantly influence digital engagement, highlighting the need for targeted policy interventions to close the digital gap. These findings suggest that improving digital infrastructure and developing skills, especially to elders and rural living are crucial for enhancing engagement in digital economic activities. These insights provide a valuable overview of the current situation and reveal that even in emerging countries, access to the internet might be high. Moreover, can serve as guidance for policymakers aiming to foster a robust digital economy in Kosovo. Since 2005, the World Health Organization has recommended the use of telemedicine and in various countries has prepared regulations. Modern technology has legal implications, it needs to be regulated to provide legal certainty, protect all parties, avoid medical disputes, as well as be able to answer the demands of medical technology development. This study aims to provide input for the creation of regulations that provide legal protection for all parties involved in health service efforts by exploring existing legal rules. Two stages of research were conducted, the first with a statutory approach, namely an inventory of positive legal materials and tracing the literature related to the problem under study. Then organized and classified according to the formulation of the problem, research objectives and systematics of preparing research results. The second, with a conceptual approach, is to study, analyze and interpret these legal materials. In the absence of an adequate legal umbrella, there is a chance of medical disputes and legal disputes between the parties involved in therapeutic transactions. For this reason, internationally applicable legal rules such as online dispute resolution are needed. This research is descriptive analytical research with qualitative analysis methods. This research is called descriptive research because it attempts to explain the phenomenon of the institutional arrangement of the district government using the triangulation method. The unit of analysis for this research is the district government institution in Jayapura City. There are several data collection techniques used in this research, namely: 1) Primary data obtained using interview techniques and 2) Secondary data obtained through searching various documents, literature, and research results that are relevant to the research objectives. Analysis of the data obtained through the questionnaire was analyzed using simple statistics (table %). Qualitative data obtained through interviews and limited observations were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that the District Government's strategic policies in Jayapura City are not in harmony with the existing organizational structure design, where strategic policies that should support Jayapura City are not well accommodated in the district's organizational structure. This organizational design is more adapted to changes in regulations from the Central Government, and not to the interests of the district.","PeriodicalId":508212,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Religion","volume":"111 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141820428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These initiatives were designed to achieve Saudi Vision 2030. This study used the Smart Policy Design and Implementation (SPDI) methodology to provide a theoretical framework and evidence supporting sustainable and inclusive economic education policies. These policies focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of promoting Islamic values and national identity initiatives, and aim to achieve their objectives and anticipate obstacles during their implementation, including capacity building in Saudi schools. The study used interviews and focus groups at the macro and micro levels, and documentary analysis of documents related to the Saudi Vision 2030 programme. The contribution of this study is reflected in the three stages of implementing the SPDI to narrow the gap between the initiatives suggested by the macro system and their efficiency in schools. The first stage used the root causes to identify issues and choose appropriate tools. The second stage diagnosed the emerging issues. In the third stage, a framework for a solution was built using the theory of change.
