In this sense, the architecture of Indian Hindu temples represents the values of science, art, architecture, and culture in addition to serving as the home and site of devotion for God. Temple customs and practices have persisted throughout history and into the present, having a significant impact on the social and cultural life of the populace and upholding ancient Indian values. Hindu temple architecture has been significantly influenced by Hinduism and philosophy over the ongoing evolutionary process. For this reason, historical studies on Indian temple architecture and the ideas used in the construction of holy Hindu temples from ancient times have been highlighted by book collections, films, literary works, and theoretical study. The procedure involves the talents required for the construction of such buildings. These factors have highlighted the art, science, and philosophy that underpinned the construction of Hindu temples, which were the same in antiquity as they were in the past. the persistence of custom and science, which date back to the earliest human experiences.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"81 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141395197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, these factors sometimes fail to perform optimally in turbulent situations, like the current global pandemic. This has made it increasingly difficult to sustain a competitive advantage. Consequently, this study aims to develop a new foundation for competitive advantage after the pandemic. We hypothesize that pandemic leadership and resilience systems will enhance the relationship between distinctive competencies and competitive advantage. Using structural equation modeling, we evaluated our proposed model with a sample of 200 ASEAN multinational firms. The findings show a positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage through distinctive competencies. Furthermore, pandemic leadership and resilience systems beneficially moderate the relationship between distinctive competencies and competitive advantage.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"47 205","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141389594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studies of Nation-Building movements throughout the world recognize religion as a major driving force of Nation-Building. In the history of Korea, the colonial period of Japan (1910-1945) has been marked as one of the darkest periods, and this disaster has become a backbone to growing-up Christianity in Korea.Different people and groups approached nation-building in distinct ways resulting in a variety of nationalistic moments. Christianity as a Korean institution played an integral role in shaping the view of Christians and the church and their actions toward nationalism. Under the Japanese colonial era, the people of Korea had to face phycological injuries, injustices, inequalities, and impoverishment, and it has also flourished the existence of Christianity and its political environment in Korea. Christianity started to gain popularity and became identified as a reliance with which the people of Korea hoped to liberate themselves from the dark period of Japanese Colonial rule.The presence of Christianity was pronounced at every level of anti-Japanese organizations, and they started to participate actively in the independence movement against Japanese rule. On the way to nation-building, Korea needed to adopt elements of Western culture to strengthen the nation.This article provides insights into the nation-building carried out by Christianity in Korea during the colonization period of Japan. Although it is not a depth study of Christianity in Korea, it’s role in nation-building. It will also try to find the links between Christianity and nation-building in Korea.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"32 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140463758","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A nation's prosperity and self-reliance hinge on adopting sustainable methods of energy production. Lack of energy security and self-sufficiency compels a country to import necessary energy resources, significantly impacting both sustainability and the foreign reserves. This paper addresses India's suboptimal utilization of energy resources, focusing on the import dependency in the energy sector due to the prevalent use of fossil fuel-based energy (conventional energy) from 2006 to 2020. Data analysis, incorporating graphical representations of conventional energy import and consumption, highlights the status, growth, and import dependency trends. The findings reveal that India heavily relies on imports for conventional energy resources, particularly crude oil. The paper concludes that the key solution for improving economic and environmental conditions lies in transitioning towards renewable energy resources.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"67 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140469943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study formulated a multiple linear regression optimization model to address issues bordering on delays in pile construction operations. A 300mm diameter reinforced concrete pile, 5.4m long, with a plastic casing was used. A total of 32 piles were constructed in a silty soil completely submerged in water at Bonny, Nigeria. The friction piles were constructed serially with a boring method, while the soil was extracted with the piling auger. The volumes of the extracted soil and concrete poured to fill the holes were accounted for, theoretically and actually. The same was done for the reinforcement cages installed in each pile shaft. The model was formulated and tested using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The model was found to be fit, adequate, and highly accurate with an R2 value of 0.874.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"19 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140465420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming to improve the overall plant performance, the lubrication regime of pinion bearings as key component within the ball mill driveline system was studied to determine possible causes of temperature increase at 80 to over 100°C with a 25 - 30°C gap over the maximum operating temperature. An analytical review of maintenance data is conducted to mitigate future operational risks by implementing a new lubrication regime and shutdown frequency for overall statutory inspection. Accelerated life test based inverse power law has been applied to identify the root causes of excessive bearings temperature to establish immediate short-term solution paths towards a guaranteed less required maintenance asset improvement practice, less operational cost, and plant availability enhancement. Furthermore, long-term solutions have been proposed based on modelling by thermal network approach of pinion bearings for thermomechanical stress prevention. A single parameter based accelerated test on pinion bearings was applied to establish operational fault tolerant factors to be considered for asset capability improvement, which remains an open question for future studies. These actions have shown significant improvement with temperature decrease between 15 and 25°C below the maximum required temperature.","PeriodicalId":507949,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering and Management","volume":"1576 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140466475","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
