Carbohydrates, being a primary source of energy for the human body, hold significant significance in our daily existence. Carbohydrates serve multiple functions, including the reduction of body protein consumption, possession of detoxifying qualities, and potential contribution to an extended lifespan through acceptable ingestion. The appropriate consumption of carbohydrates significantly influences the overall health and quality of life of those without any specific health conditions. The dietary intake of an athlete plays a pivotal role in determining their performance on the field. Carbohydrates provide a primary energy source within the dietary regimen of athletes, playing a pivotal role in fueling explosive power, endurance, and other critical determinants of athletic success. The significance of carbs in relation to sleep should not be overlooked. The objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of carbohydrate consumption on both exercise performance and sleep quality. Additionally, this study will undertake a more extensive examination and analysis by include both athletes and individuals from the general population.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"40 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257511","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But how this happens, middle school biology teaches students how the immune system works, how it helps us to destroy our enemies. This is inseparable from the cells in the human body and the substances secreted by the cells. The improvement of the human immune system from exercise certainly does not happen in a vacuum. The human body undergoes great changes during exercise, and these changes must also have an impact on the human immune system. What changes occur in the human body during exercise? Does improving your immune system after exercise work the same way you build muscle and strength after exercise? In order to understand how exercise improves the immune system, the changes of cells and substances closely related to the immune system in the human body after exercise were searched and collected. These cells or substances are important components of the immune system and play a decisive role in a persons immune system, and their changes often directly reflect the strength of the human immune system.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"25 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, another type of declarative memory spatial memory is relatively lesser-known. This review discusses the scientific community's current understanding of spatial memory and its relationship with sleep using both animal and human studies as examples, exploring, in particular, existing knowledge on spatial memory, whether sleep can affect spatial memory, the nature of such a relationship, and cellular mechanisms. The discussion then moves onto some potential applications of recent findings, including actions that researchers have already taken to better incorporate the enhancing properties of sleep on spatial memory into solutions for clinical problems. The review also points out future directions for research, considering the uncertainties in sleep and memory research and the significance of investigating such topics.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"26 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Formerly, the measurement errors of direct weighing method were large. Therefore, the method of twice minusing method was used to weighing in order to obtain the reagent preparation result more accurately. The sources of uncertainty of this method were analyzed and the uncertainty was evaluated, the uncertainty of twice minusing method and direct weighing method was compared. The results showed that the expanded uncertainty of the reagents in one of the eight-connected tubes was 2.26610-4 g (k = 2) when using twice minusing method, and the expanded uncertainty was 1.70410-3 g (k = 2) when using direct weighing method, so the results of twice minusing method were more reliable.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"47 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140077173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among them, enzyme-mediated antibiotic resistance has been a serious problem and is a serious threat to public health security. The use of enzyme inhibitors can effectively deal with this problem, and antibiotics can be used in conjunction with inhibitors to partially restore their activity and enable them to function as antibacterial agents. Therefore, the development of new enzyme inhibitors is particularly important. In this paper, -lactamases were analyzed and studied, and the resistance mechanisms of two different types of -lactamases were reviewed. In addition, it is summarized that the enzyme inhibitors that can block the antibacterial effect of the enzyme and can reactivate the activity of the antibiotic. However, there is still a gap in the research of metallo--lactamases inhibitors, which is also the main direction of research and development in the future.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"12 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, while preventive measures like dietary therapy exist, there are few approved clinical healing therapies for AD. This study aims to investigate the effects of seed oil and fish oil separately in preventing Alzheimers disease. We conducted a systematic literature search to find experimental trials based on animal models and human observational studies examining the relationship between Alzheimers disease and oil supplements rich in n-3 PUFA. The study uses meta-analysis, t-tests, and regression analysis to determine the significance of each type of oil in regulating Alzheimers diseases development. The results suggest that seed oil may help prevent AD by slowing cognitive deterioration, whereas fish oil may not. Overall, omega-3 fatty acids may serve as potential dietary supplements for improving memory and preventing Alzheimers disease.","PeriodicalId":506830,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"121 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
