He was raised by Sheikh Ali Atvel, one of the most competent Sufis of the XVIIth century, nicknamed Karabaş-ı Velî, who resided in Üsküdar, and sent to Istanbul. One of the main branches of Halvatiyya, one of the most important professions in the history of Sufism, which emerged in Anatolia in the XVIth century, is the Sha'bâniyya branch. This branch was established by Sha'bân-ı Velî (d. 1569). Because both the founder Pîr and the saints belonging to the later lineage had ideas based on divine love and the unity of the body, enjoyed halvah and led ascetic lives, the information about the lineage and the ascetics in this profession -as in Mevleviism and Bektashism- has not been transferred to written sources much. This being the case, the importance of written documents increases even more when researching the place of the members of the said tradition in our cultural history. One of the most important features of this dīvān, written by Hasan Ünsî, who came to teach almost a century after the death of Sha'bān al-Walī, the founder of the movement, is that it will make an important contribution to the research on ‘Sha'bāniyya’. In this study, the poet's thoughts about his love and wisdom are outlined and a contribution to this field is presented. The analysis includes variables such as real minimum wage, unionization rates, inflation levels, unemployment rates, real economic growth (GDP), and labor productivity. The findings indicate a positive relationship between unionization rates and the minimum wage, with inflation also leading to an increase in the minimum wage. Conversely, higher unemployment rates are found to decrease the minimum wage, while economic growth positively impacts it. Increased labor productivity, however, is associated with a decrease in the minimum wage. Additionally, dummy variables for crisis periods were not statistically significant. These results highlight the importance of considering various macroeconomic factors in the formulation of minimum wage policies. This study examines the processes of preserving and developing the mother tongue of Bulgarian students of Turkish origin living in Aachen, Germany. In particular, the research deals with the language use habits of these students in Turkish and German, language fidelity and attitudes towards their language. It explores how language maintenance interacts with demographic factors such as educational attainment, place of residence, marital status, etc. and finds that students show a strong tendency to preserve their mother tongue, but that the use of Turkish may decrease over time as German is the dominant language. The data used in the study were collected by interview method, one of the qualitative research methods, and the research was conducted using a phenomenological design. The population of the study consists of Bulgarian students of Turkish origin who continue their education in three different schools in the city of Aachen in Germany. The sample of the study consisted of 30 Bulgarian students of Turkish origin studying in three different schools in Aachen, Germany. The results of the study also discuss the effects of language policies and educational systems on this process and provide recommendations to support the language maintenance processes of Bulgarian students of Turkish origin living in Germany. Sartre reads history by focusing on periods of crisis or crisis in theory and practice, and in doing so he follows the Marxist thesis that every theory is determined by practice. The period of crisis Sartre lived in, however, did not produce the conditions and means for the transcendence of Marxist philosophy, nor did it make it possible to embrace Marxist philosophy as it is. This study will try to show how \"nausea\" or \"depression\" can be seen as an important element that can provide a basis for historical and philosophical movements when Sartre's intellectual work is considered in its entirety. Because, although nausea is an individual experience, it points to the common existential crisis of human beings as a species, and social crisis situations feed this feeling. In this respect, it will be argued that the inextricability of the deep crisis and depression that the earth and humanity are in, in our age, is precisely due to the lack of the feeling of \"nausea\" in humans. One of the aims of the Turkish course is to provide students with the ability to verbally express their thoughts and feelings in an accurate and effective manner, in accordance with the language rules. Determining the level of students' achievement of the speaking goals and achievements determined in the Turkish teaching program increases the quality of speaking education. The purpose of this study, which is a qualitative research, is 6-8. The aim of this study is to determine the level of achievement of primary school students in speaking skills according to teachers' opinions. The study group of the research consists of 20 Turkish teachers, 11 female and 9 male, working in Samsun center. Data was collected through interviews using qualitative data collection techniques. During the data collection process, attention was paid to ensure that the participants were volunteers. The data obtained using the semi-structured interview form was analyzed using the content analysis model. According to the findings obtained in the research, it is understood that the students are insufficient in achieving speaking achievements, that is, in applying the rules of speaking, using their voice and body language effectively, making prepared speeches, evaluating their own speech and expressing themselves verbally. According to the World Health Organization, CST is any intentional or unintentional behavior by adults that negatively affects the health, physical and psychosocial development of children. The impact of VAC transcends cultural, social and economic boundaries and is a widespread problem. The effects of VAC on children's physical and mental development can lead to various psychosocial problems in childhood and adulthood. For this reason, it is of great importance to prevent child maltreatment, to address it with a multidisciplinary approach when it occurs, and to follow it up for a long period of time. This review aims to examine all aspects of CSA in the light of the studies conducted and to provide guidance to professionals working in the field of mental health and other disciplines. Measuring and evaluating the analytical thinking skills of individuals is also considered necessary to determine which skills are missing in an individual and need to be improved. In addition to various initiatives to measure and evaluate students' analytical thinking skills and tendencies, many test development studies have been conducted. There are some difficulties in evaluating analytical thinking skills and tendencies. Researchers have pointed out problems associated with both the reliability and validity of existing measures. The measurement of analytical thinking skills with standardized tests cannot test all the dimensions and components of analytical thinking. At the same time, the use of these standardized tests does not provide sufficient contribution to the assessment and evaluation processes in the classroom. It is observed that the test development studies that started in the 1940s within the framework of analytical thinking measurement tools gained momentum especially in the 1980s.
