The results of studies of the main types of discharges that occur during the formation of jet electrolyte-plasma processing are presented. The influence of each type of discharge on the morphology of the surface layer of the anode-product was studied. The power, lifetime and energy of single discharges are estimated, and their influence on the surface is assessed. A theory has been proposed for the removal of surface layers by single discharges at the atomic dislocation level. Theoretical calculations are confirmed by the results of experimental studies and multiphysics simulations carried out in the COMSOL Multiphysics program. Practical research results confirm the possibility of reducing the roughness parameter Ra during jet electrolyte plasma by more than 20 times, while obtaining an extremely low parameter Ra of 0.019 μm. The area of application of the results of these studies may be the development of technological processes for dimensional and finishing processing of curved surfaces, such as blisks, turbine blades, and various products for household and medical purposes.","PeriodicalId":506544,"journal":{"name":"Voronezh Scientific-Technical Bulletin","volume":"85 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140752419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A diagram of vibration processing is presented that ensures the technological effect of the cleaning process at the stage of preparatory operations, and dependencies for their determination are proposed. The basic principles of vibration mechanochemical cleaning of parts have been established. It has been shown that the effectiveness of the process of removing contaminants from the surface depends on the type of process fluid, the activating shock-pulse effect of abrasive granules on it and their granulometric characteristics.","PeriodicalId":506544,"journal":{"name":"Voronezh Scientific-Technical Bulletin","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139214003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
