In the context of Southeast Asia, the study underscores the inefficacy of handling problematic police personnel due to challenges in policy communication, resource allocation, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Addressing limitations, the research focuses solely on police officers involved in narcotics cases, signaling broader structural challenges within the police force. The research methodology employed is qualitative with an observational approach. Through participatory observation, the researcher concludes that musical members tend to be more confident in music reading and assist non-musical members. Conversely, non-musical members require additional time and practice to catch up with the repertoire. However, during the Voice In December (VID) concert, non-musical members demonstrate mastery of the material and adapt well alongside musical members, indicating the effectiveness of the choir rehearsal process in unifying the vocal quality of its members. Data collection involved note-taking, audio recordings, and video recordings during rehearsals and the concert. The findings suggest that musical choir members tend to aid non-musical members in learning, while non-musical members require extra effort to catch up with the repertoire. The conductor plays a crucial role in providing guidance and vocal technique training. Interestingly, the phenomenon needs to be explored more deeply so that each individual can see the impact of today's digitalization. The method used in exploring the phenomenon is library research, while the collection of information and data is done by reviewing and/or exploring many journals and other sources that are considered relevant to the topic of this article. The results of the study obtained are: 1) The power of digitalization that has dominated the classroom nourishes technocentric behavior where technocentrism adherents assume that everything in this world can be overcome by technology; 2) technocentrism that is in power turns the attention of 21st-century educators, instead of focusing on meeting the needs of students, educators are busy showing off the sophistication of technology in the classroom in the learning process. Educators glorify the use of technology in all forms of learning practices, which makes educators complacent and forget that these actions help drag students into the abyss of technocentrism, which ultimately worsens the social skills of each learner because they are accustomed to sitting, being silent, and only interacting with inanimate objects; 3) Not only educators, technocentrism also permeates learners. The inherent behavior makes learners more individualistic and selfish. This attitude is shown by minimal interaction, little direct communication, difficulty adapting, loners, and feeling that everything can be solved by themselves. As a result of this phenomenon, it leads to less concern for the surrounding environment, weakens empathy, and nourishes dehumanizing behavior in each individual. 4) Not only that, technocentrism also drags down the field of art. Artistic activities such as exhibitions are conducted virtually. Unfortunately, this has decreased the quality and satisfaction of the audience. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method with a statute approach and a case approach. The results of this research show that in the corruption crime of Benny Tjokrosaputro Asuransi Jiwasraya LLC Number: 2937K/Pid.Sus/2021, the panel of judges handed down the decision to confiscate all properties along with the profits obtained by the convict from the criminal act. The confiscation of assets and auction of property is carried out based on applicable legal provisions as per the court decision. It determined the degree of effect which the institutional and the regulatory frameworks for the practices of money laundering have on the operation’s efficiency of deposit money banks. These were to provide information on the nexus between the efficiency and the frameworks for the practices of money laundering within the banking sector in Nigeria. The research design used in this work was a survey. This work used primary data through the structured questionnaires. 900 personnel were selected as a sample size using stratified random sampling. The targeted population were the workers and customers of listed deposit money banks in Nigeria. This research work analysed the data using simple percentages as a descriptive analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) as an inferential statistic. The work showed that the operational efficiency of deposit money banks was significantly influenced by the legal framework for the practices of money laundering in Nigeria (t = 9.59; p < 0.05). In addition, the operational efficiency of deposit money banks was significantly affected by both the institutional framework and the regulatory framework for the practices of money laundering in Nigeria (t = 3.59; p < 0.05 and t = 2.12; p < 0.05 respectively). The methodology encompasses a cross-sectional analysis of various economies that have adopted CPS at differing scales and capacities. Through quantitative data, the study reveals trends and patterns in economic performance metrics post-adoption of advanced data capturing and networking infrastructures. Complementarily, qualitative assessments from expert interviews offer insights into the broader economic and security implications. Preliminary findings suggest that the integration of CPS correlates with a multifaceted impact on economic security, including the creation of new industries and the obsolescence of traditional sectors. A notable rise in efficiency and productivity across industries utilizing CPS is counterbalanced by the challenges of increased cybersecurity threats and job market disruptions. Investigators provide initial services, including counseling and preliminary assessments. Legal psychology is crucial in understanding victims and compiling strong reports. Investigators use cognitive interview methods and various interviewing techniques. Victim support involves multiple parties, and inter-agency cooperation and coordination are essential to provide optimal protection and recovery for victims. Evaluating the competence of investigators in the PPA Unit of the North Jakarta Metro Police Department based on indicators set by Spencer and Spencer. This evaluation shows that investigators have adequate abilities to handle cases of child sexual violence, including incest. Motivation, physical characteristics, self-concept, knowledge, and skills of investigators are key in handling these sensitive cases. Identifying several challenges in the investigation process of child rape faced by the PPA Unit of the North Jakarta Metro Police Department. These challenges include difficulty in obtaining statements from victims, lack of direct eyewitnesses, and delays in the forensic examination process. The total population for this study was 386 students, with a sample of 196 students from SMA X Kota Soe, South Central Timor Regency, determined using the Slovin formula. The sample was further divided into 94 science class students and 104 social studies class students. The Self-Regulated Learning questionnaire comprises 39 question items that have undergone validity testing and have been deemed valid. The questionnaire has a high reliability coefficient of 0.955. Science students exhibit a mean value of 116.4255 for Self-Regulated Learning skills, which is higher than the mean value of social studies students, which is only 107.9510. The data analysis technique employed was Independent Sample T-Test. The results per aspect of Self-Regulated Learning (Motivation, Metacognition, Behavior) suggest that science students outperformed social studies students, indicating a difference in Self-Regulated Learning between the two classes. The system of purchasing goods through e-commerce by means of payment through PayLater has become a matter of discussion in the wider community, especially in Indonesia where the majority of people embrace Islam. The research used is normative, with a descriptive type of analysis. While the problem approach is a normative juridical approach. The data used include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials which are then analyzed qualitatively. According to Islamic law, debt receivables are a form of muamalah permitted by Shari'a, but on the other hand, the implementation of muamalah must be carried out with caution so as not to contradict the provisions of Islamic Shari'a which in essence must not harm both parties to the transaction.
