The northeastern areas of the Lesser Caucasus include Ganja and Goygeli, Dashkesan, Geranboy, Naftalan, Samukh, Shamkir, Tovuz, Agstafa, Gazakh and Kadabek districts, as well as the areas around the Kura and Jeyranchel rivers, which are wintering places of livestock farms. This process plays a special role in the formation of helminth fauna of animals, as small horned livestock farms in these areas lead a nomadic and sedentary lifestyle. As a result of helminthological research 52 species of helminths, including 43 species of nematodes were identified. Of these, 7 species are indicated for the study region for the first time. All detected nematode species were registered in sheep, while only 26 species were found in goats, which are common to the sheep helminth fauna. These helminth species can be considered as permanent elements of the helminthofaunistic complex of livestock production in the studied region. It was found that young sheep and goats are relatively heavily infested with helminths. Infestation is higher in late spring — early summer and early fall. For this purpose, 957 sheep and 619 goats were examined for nematode pathogens in different landscape-ecological zones of the region by the method of complete helminthological autopsy according to K. I. Skryabin. Some species of helminths are absent in the studied animals before driving them to summer pastures but are observed in them after their return to wintering. Animals become infected by ingesting larvae or mature helminth eggs on summer pastures. -","PeriodicalId":505704,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Science and Practice","volume":"20 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141649117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research purpose: to study the effect of contamination of breast milk (BM) with organochlorine pesticides on the formation of colonization resistance of the intestinal microflora in the early neonatal period in newborn children living in Osh. To carry out the research, the intestinal microflora of 63 newborns whose mothers lived in the conditions of Osh was studied. Qualitative studies of obligate and facultative flora were carried out on 3rd-4th and 6th-7th days. In the early neonatal period, formation of colonization resistance does not occur during the first week in BM newborns under conditions of environmental pollution with organochlorine pesticides, since it is due to the concentration of organochlorine pesticides in the breast milk of nursing women. The relationship between the content of eubiotics in the gastrointestinal tract of lactating women and the content of microflora in breast milk has been identified; recommendations have been developed for pregnant and lactating women to maintain colonization resistance of the microflora in breast milk of lactating women.","PeriodicalId":505704,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Science and Practice","volume":"51 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141648614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A simulation is created to model the positions of maxima on the screen. The developed code can be run in an environment that supports ipywidgets, such as Jupyter Notebook, to obtain an interactive simulation for determining the wavelength of light using a diffraction grating. The code includes the following steps: 1. Import the necessary libraries: numpy for numerical calculations, matplotlib for plotting graphs, ipywidgets for creating interactive widgets. 2. Define constants: d - the distance between the slits of the diffraction grating, L - the distance from the grating to the screen. 3. Create the function calculate_maxima to calculate the positions of the maxima. 4. Create the function plot_diffraction_pattern to plot the diffraction pattern. 5. Create interactive widgets: wavelength_slider to change the wavelength of light, order_max_slider to change the maximum order of the interference maxima. 6. Run the interactive simulation, which allows parameters to be adjusted and results to be observed in real-time.","PeriodicalId":505704,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Science and Practice","volume":"23 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141647761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is why animals on these farms in winter stall conditions consume less digestible protein by an average of 40-55 g or more per unit of feed. On farms, urea was used to provide sufficient protein for cattle. During the experiment, cows of both groups (experimental and control) were fed in stall conditions and received the same number of feed shares according to their nutritional value. The only difference was that each cow in the experimental group was given an additional 80 g of urea per day. The results of our experience show that the daily milk yield of each cow that received 80 g of urea in the feed ration is on average 1,15 kg or 29,9% more compared to cows that did not receive urea, and the fat content of milk is from 0.1 up to 0,39%. The live weight of each cow receiving urea (over 123 days of experiment) was on average 17,47 kg greater than that of cows not receiving urea. The use of urea in livestock farming not only increases milk and meat productivity, but also reduces the cost of production.","PeriodicalId":505704,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Science and Practice","volume":"45 21","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141648775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
