Political Mindset of Contemporary Kyrgyzstan

Abstract

Recently, the terms “mentality” and “political mentality” have become widespread. They are often used not only in academic but also in popular circles. The article defines the concept of “mentality” and its relationship with political consciousness. The main factors influencing the formation and character of Kyrgyz political culture, which is an ever-expanding and complex structure, are also analyzed.
