To this aim, the properties of hard concretion coal in the target mining area were tested. Related model with high-quality common grid was generated using the mapping method through Hypermesh. the coal breaking process was performed using LS-DYNA, and the stress variation law of coal and hard concretion was analyzed. The results showed that the closer the action position to the middle point of long axis of hard concretion, the greater stress peak would be generated, stripping of the pick occurred when it acted on the 2/5 and 1/2 positions of the long axis. Using similarity theory, the model of hard concretion coal was made and the pick cutting experiment was performed. Compared with simulation torque result, the correctness of modeling and simulation has been verified.","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":"278 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136222472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Por su carácter viscoelástico, el asfalto es el material que presenta mayor aporte a la fatiga dentro de la mezcla asfáltica. Los resultados del presente trabajo permiten evidenciar el beneficio de la incorporación del neumático fuera de uso como un residuo modificador del asfalto, mediante el análisis con el reómetro por medio del ensayo planteado. The current oil and gas industry is perceived as incompatible with sustainable development as society turns increasingly towards renewable technologies. The development and integration of renewable technologies such as carbon capture, nanoparticles, and hydrogen are essential for key energy players to reposition themselves successfully and sustainably amidst energy diversifications. Geopolitical, economic, and technological factors influence these strides toward co-existing in a more prospective energy mix. The duality of geopolitical dynamics is manifested through positive or negative policy advocacy for energy integration. Hence, it dictates energy companies' economic resilience into more low-carbon, hybrid renewable technological investments and operations.","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135363905","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to its favorable geographic location, renewable energy sources are a very appealing and affordable option in Colombia. This document presents a systematic literature review (SLR) developed to assess the recent techno-economic models and financial strategies in rural electrification using renewable energy systems. As a result, 19 documents were obtained, where the most informed funding sources included governmental, private and mixed shares. According to the information, the financial models were limited to estimate economic variables as levelized cost of electricity and net present cost. Finally, an emphasis on the need of governmental support to promote this kind of projects were reported.","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, with dynamic sensors installed in the pump volute, it is possible to know the hydrodynamic phenomena within PAT, finding its average behavior and frequency response, which is a tool for diagnosing the machine’s condition.","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, these parameters are directly related to the airborne transmission of diseases. In this context, ventilation regulation is essential to balance safety via air renewal, with comfort and energy efficiency. In this research, an educational space of Faculty of Engineering is considered as a case study to control IAQ. To begin with, the weaknesses of the ventilation and air-conditioning systems are analysed and identified. Next, a low-cost device to monitor IAQ remotely is designed, developed and prototyped with a set of sensors and control elements. Then, the room is modelled and simulated by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), to select the location (placement/layout and quantity) of the sensors responsible for measuring the environmental parameters that characterise the IAQ. Finally, the wireless collected data are evaluated for interpretation, thanks to an Internet of Things (IoT) platform, in real time or deferred.\u0000\u0000Key Words: Indoor air quality (IAQ), CO2 concentration, CFD simulation, sensor calibration, Internet of Things (IoT)","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48129621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A literature review is used to provide considerations on the geotechnical properties of materials and geometries adopted. These parameters were the basis for the stability evaluation performed on realistic profiles of the WRD and on a proposed expansion. The conclusions regarding stability are confirmed and supported by a quantitative Waste Dump classification methodology. The results obtained demonstrate the viability of adopting an optimized geometry, with a height of 25 meters for the first level and 15 meters for the second level. It is concluded that the methodology and sequence of steps adopted in the evaluation can be replicated for other WRDs and even serve as an indication for similar structures.","PeriodicalId":50565,"journal":{"name":"Dyna-Colombia","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135438655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particularly, adding inorganic cations increase material stability, by providing an adequate tolerance factor. However, these cations lead to lower absorption coefficient than using only organic cations, therefore it is necessary to implement strategies for having films with appropriate thickness and good light absorption properties. In this work, several experiments were performed with ((Cs1-xDMAx)Pb(Br1-xIx)3 perovskite films of different thicknesses, resulting in devices with photovoltaic conversion efficiency (PCE) near 80% of the reference MAPbI3 cell, high purity phase, appropriate morphology, and higher stability.
