Su papel estratégico en la beneficencia del siglo XIX para la cobertura de los pobres se modificó con el avance y la configuración del hospital moderno ubicado en nuevos edificios y técnicas de gestión, con una estructura interna jerarquizada y avances en ámbito diagnóstico-terapéutico para la cobertura de cada vez más porcentaje de población. Partiendo de esta idea, este trabajo se centra en el estudio histórico de las infraestructuras hospitalarias públicas vinculadas a los municipios y diputaciones en España con dos objetivos. De un lado, trata de analizar cómo se configuraron, qué servicios prestaron y cómo afrontaron su financiación hasta la dictadura de Franco. De otro, aborda los efectos que tuvo la puesta en marcha del Seguro Obligatorio de Enfermedad (SOE), en 1944, y la construcción de su propia red de hospitales, conocidos como residencias sanitarias, en el funcionamiento y supervivencia de estas viejas infraestructuras municipales y provinciales. En España, fueron escasos los hospitales promovidos por estas instituciones, quizá porque la mayoría no llegaron a tener suficiente número de socios para hacerlo. Los hospitales de este tipo se encontraban, mayoritariamente, en Cataluña, donde las sociedades obreras de ayuda mutua tuvieron un mayor desarrollo. A través del caso paradigmático de los hospitales de La Alianza, el estudio muestra que estos hospitales estuvieron abiertos a diversos tipos de pacientes (privados o derivados por otras instituciones) y tuvieron una dependencia económica múltiple. También se analizan los cambios que más influyeron en los hospitales de las mutuas, en la segunda mitad del siglo XX: el proceso de federación de las mutuas de previsión social y el itinerario de concertación pública. Estos hospitales participaron en el desarrollo de nuevas especialidades médico-quirúrgicas hospitalarias. En su primera parte explica las características de los hospitales rurales de aldeas y villas y las causas de su declive durante el siglo XIX en beneficio de los hospitales provinciales. Así mismo, el texto se aproxima a las condiciones de ejercicio de la medicina rural a lo largo del siglo XIX y las primeras décadas del XX (hasta la Guerra civil). En su segunda mitad, a partir del análisis de los Catálogos de hospitales correspondientes a los años 1963 y 1970, el artículo dibuja una panorámica de la asistencia hospitalaria en el mundo rural al final de la dictadura, pero atendiendo también a las dinámicas específicas de cuatro regiones y a sus contrastes: Galicia, el País Vasco, La Mancha y Andalucía. {"title":"Genealogía de la reforma hospitalaria en España: la gestación de una nueva cultura hospitalocéntrica de la sanidad","authors":"Josep Barceló-Prats","doi":"10.30827/dynamis.v41i1.22456","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30827/dynamis.v41i1.22456","url":null,"abstract":"A finales de los años cincuenta del siglo pasado, en Asturias, se empezó a implantar una nueva manera de entender el hospital, cuya influencia terminaría siendo enorme y decisiva en la modernización de la organización hospitalaria española. Proyectado para ser utilizado por cualquier tipo de enfermo, tanto por su patología como por su situación económica, el Hospital General de Asturias (HGA) se convirtió en el pionero del Estado español en implementar una estructura jerárquica en todos sus servicios médicos, clínicos y comunes, tanto en hospitalización como en consultas externas y en urgencias. Otra de sus consecuencias más palpables fue la introducción de la formación sanitaria especializada en España mediante la creación del primer programa de médicos residentes. Hasta entonces, el hospital era todavía un recurso asistencial poco accesible a amplios sectores de la ciudadanía, lo que demuestra la existencia de un desajuste cronológico en relación con lo sucedido en otros países europeos de referencia. El modelo organizativo del HGA supuso el punto de inflexión para el desarrollo de un proceso más amplio de reforma hospitalaria que acabó rompiendo definitivamente con los conceptos ya obsoletos de hospital «autónomo» y «cerrado». El primero se integró dentro de una coordinación funcional y escalonada de hospitales en red, conocida como «regionalización», y el segundo quedó eclipsado por la hegemonía del hospital «abierto» a toda la comunidad. Esta nueva realidad exigió el desarrollo e implantación de unos rigurosos criterios de acreditación en los hospitales para homologarse con los establecidos por la doctrina hospitalaria internacional y para ofrecer un mínimo de garantías, a empresas aseguradoras y usuarios, de la calidad y racionalidad de su oferta de servicios. Based on this, the present research aims at analyzing the potentialities of a learning based on said theory and developed through a didactic sequence, involving the content of Fractions, to a group of 6th Grade Elementary of Regular Education. It is a qualitative research anchored in the own practice, through the development of a case study, and in the bibliography of renowned mathematical educators and researchers of the area. In this context, the researcher worked as math teacher in the class in question, focusing on the constant analysis about the construction of the student knowledge from a previously planned teaching with a view to the different representations and structures of fractions. Based on the Philosophy of Science Education integration of Philosophy, Philosophy of Education and Philosophy of Science and how they influence Science Education we investigate official curriculum documents from Universities and Federal Institutes and State Universities. The methodology starts from the mapping of the curricular components linked to the axes of the Philosophy of Science Education. We used phenomenology and hermeneutics as a methodological orientation that would enable us to understand this philosophical education. We identified twenty-seven undergraduate courses in which twenty-five have some curricular components of interest to us. In the analysis, we noticed that most courses have some curricular component with philosophy. They are more linked to the Philosophy of Science, considered a Trojan horse of philosophies, to the detriment of Philosophy and Philosophy of Education. The latter is presented as support for educators to deal with educational crises and the Philosophy more linked to Epistemology, Ethics and Aesthetics. Actions that collaborate to distance women from scientific activity need to be carefully analyzed to break with the established fallacy. Understanding the potential that cinema must present information, including scientific, to the general public, it is important to understand how the gender issue has been portrayed in these works. Thus, in this study, 14 science fiction films were selected to investigate gender representations in scientific activities. The analysis of the material was based on the film analysis proposed by Vanoye and Goliot-Leté, associated with the analysis thematic categorical of Bardin. The categories were elaborated a priori and posteriori of watching the films. It was possible to verify the predominance of a mixed science, where men and women participate in the process of producing scientific knowledge. However, the female image, for the most part, appears as secondary and minority. The investigative pedagogical practice was carried out at a Technical High School in the municipality of Valença/BA. The subjects participating in the research were 26 third year students. This is a qualitative study. The data were analyzed using the assumptions of the discursive textual analysis. The results revealed two categories of analysis, economics this concept probably stemming from home education, certainly possibly originated in the family. The researched students already have some idea of which way they should go in order not to get into debt. The second category, consciousness, revealed the concern and the need to develop financial care, to have a more peaceful economic life. We observed that students have already awakened awareness in their choices, demonstrating that one cannot neglect what has been achieved with difficulty.
