Two tests were used to evaluate the instrument: validity test and reliability test. The reliability test uses the composite reliability value and Cronbach alpha, while the validity test is conducted with discriminant and convergent validity tests. This study used 100 respondents as the sample. Non-probability purposive sampling method was used. The SmartPls application was used to conduct data analysis. Apart from that, it is also to find out the significant simultaneous influence and which variables are the most dominant in influencing patient satisfaction at the Baki Health Center. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 100 patients and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used census sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear tests. The research results show that the competency of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting time and image partially and significantly influence patient satisfaction. Village funds are a vital resource for development at the local level and play a key role in improving the welfare of rural communities. The data used in this research is primary data based on questionnaires distributed to village officials and some to the community to obtain 150 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, survey approaches, interviews and field observations. The sampling technique was determined using the saturated census method. This research method uses a sample of village officials who work at the Village Head Offices in Tirtajaya District, namely officials who have at least elementary/middle school education and have worked for more than one year. The choice of hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression using the SMART PLS program. The main objective of this research is to explain whether the level of transparency in village fund management, competence and active community participation has a positive impact on accountability in village fund management. This research aims to provide better policy guidance in improving the efficiency and integrity of village fund management. The data used in this research is annual data for period 1994 – 2020 taken from the World Bank Data. The estimation tool used in this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) using EViews 12. The research results show that in the short term, urbanization, industrialization, and economic growth reveal insignificant effect on renewable energy consumption in ASEAN-6. Meanwhile in the long term, variables show varying results. Urbanization and Economic Growth have a negative and significant effect with coefficient numbers -0.138775 and -0.364414, while Industrialization has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.423784. These findings indicate that ASEAN-6 must prioritize deploying renewable energy sources to meet its mix energy target. Because manual documentation is no longer feasible due to the increasing volume of transactions, it significantly affects office stationery inventory. Therefore, a software application has become a vital necessity for every organization or company to streamline its business operations. With computerization, data processing becomes more effective, secure, minimizes errors, and archives can be organized neatly. To ensure the smooth operation of the system, the author attempts to design a system for office stationery inventory management. Currently, the author uses the PHP programming language, primarily focusing on inventory management programs. This research uses a descriptive single case study approach, which aims to collect, compile, classify and interpret data to provide an accurate picture of the nature of individuals, groups, conditions and symptoms in a society. Research results from the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency for Medan City, the Ministry of Finance, and literature studies show that tax and levy revenue in Medan City has not reached the target for the last three periods. This study uses sampling with Non-probability Sampling techniques with a Purposive Sampling approach because the population in this study is not known with certainty. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires and research instruments. The data analysis technique in this study used SmartPLS software version 3.2. The results of this study are that consumer confidence has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shoope marketplace. The quality of service provided has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the Perspective-based Strategy Management Approach to the Development of the Entrepreneurial Spirit of UMKM Actors in Managing Culinary Business Potential in Sampang District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by observing UMKM actors in Sampang Culinary District. The results show that UMKM players already have an entrepreneurial spirit in managing culinary business potential in Sampang District. The indicators of GCG implementation are proxied by commitment, transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, fairness, leadership, and vision-mission. Furthermore, financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The research employs T and F statistical tests as the research methods. A lot of supply chain management is implemented, such as incorporating suppliers as colleagues in the raw material supply phase, building good relationships with customers for consumer enjoyment, and providing information to suppliers about product improvements. customers and competitive tactics for competitive advantage to measure performance levels to gain confidence in the quality of goods appropriate for the market. Therefore, in the crab collecting supply chain distribution model, it is best for supply chain members to agree on time, quantity and quality, so that the flow of products, finances and information is more organized. Crab collecting supply chain model where farmers distribute crabs to crab collectors, then crab collectors deliver crabs to retailers in traditional markets, then final consumers who enter the market then buy crabs directly from retailers.
