Sustainable rural development holds profound significance for both developed and developing nations. This study was conducted to develop a methodological framework for placing experts with strategically relevant competencies to meet the specific needs of villages, thus enabling the practical application of their expertise in generating innovative solutions to problems in a village. This study entails several pivotal phases. Firstly, it constructs a Community Standard of Living Index (CSLI) using Delphi and Rank Reciprocal (RR). Secondly, it establishes village clustering through a hybrid Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), Self-Organizing Map (SOM), and Xie-Beni (XB). Thirdly, a classification of village development levels is created using Tsukamoto and Smallest of Maximum (SM). Finally, recommendations for placing experts in villages, aligning their skills with identified needs using the Cosine Similarity (CS). The results obtained are compared with factual data of each village to obtain relevant conclusions, where an accuracy value of 0.95 indicates a high success rate in the test results of the proposed technique. The results show that the F-measure metrics of the DPC algorithm optimized by t-SNE improve 16.7% and 3.07% over the DPC algorithm after testing on the PID and Wine datasets, and its running time is faster than the DPC algorithm on the Aggregation, D31, and R15 datasets by 16.2. Primarily, the analysis is implemented on the research status of the sustainable SC and SC function. Then, starting with the relationship among big data (BD) application, information sharing, and sustainable SC function of agricultural production, a function evaluation model is implemented for the sustainable SC of SEM-based agricultural production. Next, a questionnaire is designed for the research on the impact of BD applications on the function of the sustainable agricultural SC. Ultimately, the statistical analysis of the obtained data reveals the correlation between the interaction and influence among the BD application, information sharing, and sustainable SC function of agricultural production. The results show that the BD application dimension, information sharing dimension, and all sub-dimensions have is beneficial to the function of the agricultural sustainable SC. The application of multidimensional cloud technology in BD has no obvious relationship with the dimensionality and level of information sharing, and the relationship between other corresponding dimensions shows a significant positive impact. Firstly, the main problems in rural financial management are analyzed, including low data processing efficiency and poor data security. It then explores the potential applications of embedded systems in financial management, as well as the main characteristics and classifications of blockchain technology. Based on this, a model integrating embedded systems and blockchain technology is designed, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the system not only significantly improves the data processing speed, but also enhances the data security and improves the user satisfaction. However, traditional construction quality inspection methods have problems such as low efficiency, high leakage rate, and poor real-time performance. Therefore, taking the appearance quality defects of reinforced concrete engineering as an example, this study combines building information models and computer vision technology. By this way, it can achieve automatic quality inspection and intelligent quality problem prevention, to improve the quality management level during the construction process. In this study, ResNet50 network was pre-trained and classified using a self-made defect image database. After transfer learning, the accuracy values of the training and testing sets remained stable at around 0.95 and the loss value remained stable at around 0.10 after 10 epochs, indicating a significant improvement in learning performance. In the defect area quantification experiment, four corner coordinates of the defect image were calculated. These corner coordinates are simultaneously obtained and saved during on-site image acquisition. According to the calculation results, the defect area of honeycomb is approximately 67.67 square centimetres. Decision-making on Fuzzy Sets (FSs) has been considered due to the flexibility of the data, and it is applied to the decision-making. However, decisions with FSs are sometimes nondecisive even for different membership degrees. Hence, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs) data is applied to design a score function for the decision-making with the Poincaré metric. This function is supported by the profound information of IFSs; IFSs include hesitation degree together with membership and non-membership degree. Hence, IFS membership and non-membership degree are expressed as two-dimensional vectors satisfying the Poincaré metric for simplification. At the same time, the proposed approach addresses the hesitation information in the IFS data. Next, a score function is proposed, constructed and provided. The proposed score function has a strict monotonic property and addresses the preference without resorting to the accuracy function. The strict monotonic property guarantees the preference of all attributes. Additionally, the existing problem of score function design in IFSs is addressed: they return zero scores even with different meanings for the same membership and non-membership degree. The advantages of the proposed score function over existing ones are demonstrated through illustrative examples. From the calculation results, the proposed decision score function discriminates between all candidates. The food and beverage industry in Turkey is the largest sector in the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE). It contributes over half of the country’s GDP and is a highly attractive sector. This study aims to rank the top food and beverage companies based on their stock market performance ratios. The criteria weights were determined by using DEMATEL and CRITIC methods, with the help of three experts for DEMATEL. The stock market performances of the companies were evaluated by using three MCDM methods; EDAS, WASPAS, and TOPSIS, with the weights obtained from both DEMATEL and CRITIC. The robustness of the results was tested by applying various combinations of weighting and evaluation methods. According to the DEMATEL, earnings per share had the highest weight while CRITIC found the market value to book value ratio as the most important criterion. The study concluded that the best-ranked companies are CCOLA and TBORG. Also, there is no significant stability in other companies’ rankings.
