The study is a randomized-control trial, and Factorial (2*3) Mixed ANOVAs were employed to present the effect of the intervention on 6 variables (psychosomatics, stress, anxiety, depression, resilience and self-efficacy) over time (as baseline [T1], post-intervention [T2] and 3-month follow-up [T3]). The intervention was delivered by two different instructors. 48 Greek health professionals (Mage= 36.1, SD= 12.66) were randomly allocated in two groups, as one group received the intervention (Nexperimental= 25), while the other nothing (Nnon-experimental= 20) with no great loses for both groups. All variables were measured through self-reported tools including PSSQ-29 (psychosomatics), the Greek versions of DASS-21 (stress, anxiety and depression), NMRQ (resilience) and GSE (self-efficacy). The results show that the intervention group showed significant differences in all DVs between T1 and T2 as well as between T1 and T2, while there were no differences between T2 and T3. The results of the present study are limited, but still promising for the efficiency and efficacy of the new intervention. The study took place through the spread of COVID-19 in Greece and thus new studies may test the intervention on other conditions.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Psychosomatic symptoms; Stress management; COVID-19; randomized-control trial; RCT

The tumour has a slow onset with varied disease course and is generally associated with recurrence and metastasis. It usually affects head, trunk and extremities region and commonly seen in the fifth decade. Patient presents as a solitary nodule. These lesions can arise denovo as well as from a benign nodular hidradenoma.\u0000Case summary: We present a case of a 49 years old lady who presented with a nodule on the right side of the upper abdomen since 10 years. The swelling was gradually increasing in size and was associated with watery discharge since 3 years and intermittent pain. Examination showed it to be a 3x4cm mass in the right hypochondrium, it was mildly tender and overlying skin was normal. Wide local excision was done with rhomboid flap. Histopathological examination along with Immunohistochemical studies concluded a diagnosis of Malignant hidradenocarcinoma.\u0000Conclusion: Literature shows few cases of Malignant hidradenocarcinoma, since the incidence is low. Melatonin is also known as “The Hormone of Darkness”. Melatonin hormone is involved in the circadian regulation and ease of sleep. Low secretion of Melatonin affects biological rhythm. Individuals who are exposed to light at night especially night shift workers on a regular basis experiences biological rhythm disruption. In some studies, it stated that a shortened duration of nocturnal sleep is associated with a high risk of breast cancer. It also disturbs the menstrual cycle in females. Research stated some of the diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fertility, PCOS, combined with the COVID-19 pandemic has led to greater awareness of melatonin because of its ability to act as a potent antioxidant, immune- active agent and mitochondrial regulator. There are different similarities between melatonin and vitamin D on a wide range of their impact on health. There is widespread concern about Vitamin D deficiency as a “sunlight deficiency” and reduced melatonin secretion as a result of “darkness deficiency" from overexposure to artificial blue light. To reduce melatonin disturbance people, have to change the daily life style to maintain the biological rhythm.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Melatonin, Pineal Gland, Natural Hormone, Biological rhythm.

Pain can arise from degenerative processes and the presence of inflammatory cytokines in the facet joints. The researchers aimed to investigate the correlation between the IL-1b/IL-10 ratio and pain severity, along with the histopathological characteristics of osteoarthritis in the facet joint of patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis. The objective was to identify the specific IL-1b/IL-10 ratio that significantly contributes to the development of osteoarthritis.\u0000Methods: The study employed an analytical cross-sectional design and utilized a successive sampling method to select patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis who matched the specified inclusion criteria. Facet samples were collected to assess the levels of IL-1b and IL-10, the patient's pain intensity, the IL-1b to IL-10 ratio, and the degree of osteoarthritis in the facet joints through histological examination.\u0000Results: Thirty-eight patients met the inclusion criteria with an average age of 58 ± 8.93. Average levels of IL-1b 2268.95 ± 862.80 pg/ml, total IL-10 was 1.86 ± 1.68 pg / ml, degree of pain achieved about 5.82 ± 0.56, no OA facet grade 1, 3 samples (7.9%) grade 2, 14 samples (36.8%) degree 3 and a total of 21 samples (55.3%) degree 4.
