One of the significant changes in the external macro-environment is climate change. Climate change and its derivative impacts on business activities need to be managed properly by adapting innovations in the production process. Various studies on the impact of climate change on business activities are more focused on conventional measures to gauge business risks which are more responsive and focused on large companies. There are still few studies conducted on small and traditional businesses related to strategic actions in dealing with climate change, especially non-agricultural businesses. Therefore, this research aims to provide an overview of the adaptation strategy of production process innovation in the small-scale weaving industry in Sumba Island, Indonesia. The research conducted in-depth qualitative interviews with traditional textile producers in East Sumba. The main criterion in determining the respondents is the length of the business run by the traditional weaver. The study found that while most traditional weavers of Sumba textile rely on status quo technology, some strategies emerged to adapt to climate uncertainty in weaving production. The authors also identify three benchmarks of climate adaptation measures by the traditional weavers.","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"8 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141815935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article focuses on the dynamic of speech act on implementation consent and its relation to the theory of lateral pressure formulated by Nazli in studying cyber politics. Since 2018, the European Commission has implemented GDPR as a basic law related to data transfer, collection and process (TCP). This policy has brought a fundamental problem to the activity conducted by the state and private sector. Moreover, it was also criticized that this policy has brought to the discrimination of algorithm that came to bias to the minority group. In speak of Methodology, we used qualitative research of 418 articles with the keyword ‘consent’ focusing on Social and Humanities Science in Journal Sage; after manual analysis, we found 146 articles related to the consent study and social science. The final project is to find out the significant tendency of how Europe has securitized GDPR through speech acts by correlating it to the Lateral Pressure Index. The potential implications of the finding could give theoretical preference in formulating a data protection base policy.","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"74 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141817553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Assessing different variables such as political affiliation, volunteerism awareness, general awareness, and hospitality, research reveals nuanced correlations. Weak links challenge assumptions concerning political influence and question the motivating role of social issue awareness. The study provides a significant result for hypothesis 1; it reveals a negative correlation between aggression and self-esteem. As the aggression increases, self-esteem decreases and vice versa. It advocates for customized interventions, acknowledging the multifaceted nature of adolescent commitment while recognizing limitations and urging further investigation. This research study aids in contributing significantly to understanding complex interconnections in adolescent development.","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"23 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141816049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These methods and laws govern the nature of the entire space. In this research, I have covered the entirety of space-time (Spacetime, 2022) and beyond by exploring the \"Dimension of the Observable Universe and Beyond.\" The universe is defined as all space-time and its contents (Universe, 2022). However, several questions remain open regarding higher dimensions (String theory vs Loop quantum gravity: Wild hunt for Quantum Gravity, 2020), singularity (Gravitational singularity, 2022), gravity collapse at the black hole horizon, unified gravity, the theory of everything (Theory of everything, 2022), dark matter (Dark matter, 2022) (What is dark matter made of? Leading theories explained: Axion, Wimp, Machos, 2020), dark energy (Dark energy, 2022) (What is dark energy made of? Quintessence? Cosmological constant?, 2020), and existence beyond the observable universe. These unresolved questions have driven the scientific research on the \"Nature of Space and Dimension of Observable Universe and Beyond.\" My findings indicate that space itself is an entity with physical properties. Space can transform or convert to matter and vice versa. Higher dimensions extend beyond singularities (Gravitational singularity, 2022), the black hole horizon, and the observable universe (Universe, 2022). Several types of research have been conducted, including studies on Minkowski Space (Minkowski space, 2022), General Relativity (Quantum Gravity: How quantum mechanics impacts Einstein’s general relativity, 2020) (General Relativity Explained simply & visually, 2020), Loop Quantum Gravity (String theory vs Loop quantum gravity: Wild hunt for Quantum Gravity, 2020), String Theory (Standard Model, 2022) (String theory vs Loop quantum gravity: Wild hunt for Quantum Gravity, 2020) (String theory, 2022) (Theory of everything, 2022), the Higgs field (Higgs boson, 2022), and the Aether medium (Aether (classical element), 2022). Despite these studies, questions remain regarding higher dimensions, unified gravity, dark matter (Dark Matter, 2022) (What is dark matter made of? Leading theories explained: Axion, Wimp, Machos, 2020), dark energy (Dark energy, 2022) (What is dark energy made of? Quintessence? Cosmological constant?, 2020), the theory of everything, and the space beyond the universe. Research into the existence of matter has shown that space was previously accepted merely as a void or an empty space-time background. However, there have been significant efforts to explore space-time as an entity and investigate higher dimensions through Loop Quantum Gravity (Loop Quantum Gravity Reveals What Came Before the Big Bang, 2018) and String Theory (String theory, 2022). Defining space and exploring the relationship between matter and space have become crucial, particularly in understanding higher dimensi","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"43 13","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141815205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With examples of some values that embody these two roles in marital life. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The study concluded that the values controlling the marital relationship cannot be deviated from the legal standard that justifies it. The role of values in marital life is also characterized by a comprehensive framework. It has a preventive and a therapeutic axis. In addition to the many types of values required in marital life and in managing the differences that mar marriage. Islam also urges spouses, through legal texts, to comply with every value that will ensure the balance of the marital relationship and maintain its stability. Such as affection, cooperation, justice, equality, understanding, and others. In addition to Islam's keenness on the sustainability of marriage by confronting the challenges it faces, it presents value standards as one of the most important remedial procedural steps in resolving marital disputes or dissolving the marital contract with the least negative consequences. Accordingly, the texts containing the provisions on divorce point out many of the values that should be resorted to in reforming the marital relationship. Such as the desire to fear God, the desire for reform, justice, and other values. In light of the results, the researchers recommend conducting rehabilitation courses for those about to marry, providing them with marital life management skills, and directing them to the necessity of values in protecting marriage from all its under-miners. Conducting more specialized studies on the values of marital life in light of different fields; Social, economic, administrative, and religious and others. Stimulating efforts to conduct field studies that measure the repercussions of values in marital life and their greatest impact on the stability of the marital institution. From the couple's point of view.","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"17 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141816510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The VMGO serves as the guiding principles for UCU’s strategic planning and decision-making processes, shaping the institution’s identity and direction. However, the effectiveness of these VMGO relies on their dissemination among the primary stakeholders, the students. This research aimed to assess the current state of dissemination of UCU’s VMGO and identify potential ethical implications arising from any gaps or shortcomings in these processes. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys, document analysis and philosophical interpretation. The survey gathered quantitative data regarding stakeholders’ experiences on the dissemination of the VMGO, while philosophical interpretation provided in-depth insights of ethical implications into their perceptions and experiences. Additionally, an analysis of relevant documents, such as official university publications and communication materials, provided contextual information. The study concluded that UCU can strengthen its commitment to integrity, teamwork, competence and transcendence that will foster a sense of purpose, honesty, accuracy, alignment, responsibility, respect, collaboration and societal impact within the university community. By upholding these values, UCU can strengthen its commitment to ethical practices, maintain the integrity of its messaging, encourage collaboration and inclusivity, enhance competence, and promote positive societal impact.","PeriodicalId":503861,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Empirical Research Methods","volume":"123 40","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140381003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
