Employing a quantitative research methodology, this study engaged a diverse group of 263 participants across different job positions, including Senior Management, Middle Management, Supervisors, and Subordinates. These individuals were randomly selected from a range of private food industrial companies located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. To analyze the data collected through questionnaires, the researcher utilized statistical tools such as SPSS and AMOS, aiming to elucidate the influence of human resources management practices on organizational performance. The investigation revealed a clear correlation between certain Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and the performance of orga-nizations. Specifically, practices such as selective hiring, training and development, and employee involvement in decision-making were found to positively impact organizational performance. In contrast, the compensation system and performance evaluation practices were observed to negatively affect organizational performance, while job security appeared to have no significant effect. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of HRM practices is crucial for enhancing organizational performance, particularly within private food industrial companies in Jeddah, KSA. The study further discusses the implications of these findings and offers recommendations for policymakers and HR professionals. It emphasizes the importance of implementing effective HRM practices, like selective hiring, training and development, and encouraging employee participation in decision-making to improve organizational performance. The research also points out that the impact of job security, compensation systems, and performance evaluations on employee satisfaction and loyalty should not be overlooked, as these factors play a pivotal role in optimizing business performance, reducing turnover, decreasing absenteeism, and increasing productivity, thereby fostering enhanced organizational performance across various industries. By shedding light on the dynamic connections between HRM practices and organizational performance, this study contributes valuable insights, especially pertinent to the private food industrial sector in Jeddah, KSA. It uncovers previously unexplored factors that influence performance and provides a practical framework for improvement. This research not only serves as a foundation for future studies but also offers a guide for developing effective strategies to boost organizational performance, adding significant value and insight into the field of human resources management.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000

Financing Constraints may cause negative effects, including restricting corporate growth, reducing production efficiency, increasing financial risk, and undermining financial stability. As a result, this study aims to review the determinants of Financing Constraints in order to provide better financing options, optimise corporate governance, and enhance risk management by mitigating Financing Constraints. In this study, the Scopus database is adopted to collect 360 pieces of empirical journal articles from 1993 to 2024. Furthermore, VOSviewer software and R studio software are adopted to conduct bibliometric analysis. Consequently, the result shows that innovation, digital finance, sustainable development, emission control, firm financial characteristics, R&D, uncertainty, and supply chain management are the common determinants for influencing Financing constraints. The price changes are key in determining the overall return. Structural and atheoretical models are the two main approaches to modeling real estate prices. Structural models link prices to fundamental factors such as economic indicators and property supply, amongst others. Atheoretical models attempt to predict prices by leveraging on the statistical properties of time series data and may be extended to augment fundamental factors. This study focused on time series modeling using ARIMA. The objective of the paper was to identify a suitable ARIMA model that is efficient in predicting house prices in Nairobi. The training data was for the period 2010Q3 to 2019Q2. The out of sample test data was for six quarters: 2019Q3 to 2020Q4. The Box-Jenkins methodology was adopted. Seven ARIMA models and six AR models were identified, estimated, and used in predicting prices using out of sample data. The study found out that AR models outperformed ARIMA models. The paper contributes to knowledge being among the first to apply ARIMA in Nairobi house market using hedonic house prices. Therefore, this study empirically investigated if ownership structure influences the relationship between corporate governance and firm value. A composite index was developed to evaluate corporate governance, considering board independence, size, diversity, and audit committee independence, while Tobin’s Q was employed to estimate non-financial stock exchange firms’ value. Additionally, ownership structure was defined by three main categories: government ownership, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership. The study utilized a descriptive longitudinal research method to analyze secondary data, employing statistical measures like mean, median, standard deviation, and skewness and conducting a correlation test. Moreover, diagnostic tests were utilized to assess normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, stationarity, and autocorrelation, determining a random effects model as the most suitable. Correlation was also conducted using Pearson’s coefficient (r) to measure the strength and direction of the linear relationship. The empirical results exhibited that ownership structure moderated the relationship between corporate governance and firm value.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000

The Civil Servant of the Lebak Regency’s Ministry of Religious Affairs is the subject of this study. The survey was completed by 105 people in total. A sample of 140 government officials working at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lebak Regency and KUA of Lebak Regency was selected using the Slovin formula. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. The partial least squares method, or SmartPLS, was used to analyze the data using path analysis. The study’s findings demonstrate that employment satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship with transformational leadership, organizational power has a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction, and employee performance has a positive and significant relationship with organizational culture. In the meantime, organizational culture through work happiness has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance, as does transformational leadership through job satisfaction. Additionally, job happiness and corporate culture through transformational leadership have a stronger impact on worker performance than employee performance is directly impacted by company culture and transformational leadership without having to. Meanwhile, transformational leadership has a favorable and significant effect on employee performance through work satisfaction, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction is greater than the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture directly on employee performance without going through the variable of job satisfaction.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000

A quantitative approach was adopted in this paper, and 375 project managers from two governorates of Yemen served as respondents. The idea is to assess the connection between the project managers’ approach (PMA) and the project delivery system (PDS). The results revealed that the project manager’s approach (participative and directive) and alignment with the project delivery systems (traditional or design and build) were directly linked with project success or failure. Moreover, the results revealed that the project managers adopting a participative approach have constructive effects, while the project managers adopting a directive approach harm project success. It is a chance for inexperienced project managers to receive advice on how to implement their management strategy and learn that, for Yemeni projects (YPs), every project delivery system requires a suitable approach to leadership.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000
