It employed a descriptive-qualitative method. An internship is a course requirement that gives students the opportunity to obtain practical experience at institutions or businesses to supplement their academic studies and to develop their knowledge, abilities, and attitudes. However, despite the critical necessity for the early development of interpersonal communication skills, this practice is only common at the university level in the Indonesian educational system. Interestingly, the internship program is applicable at the high school level in the homeschooling system. It employed a descriptive-qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eighteen students who had participated in an internship program. The interpersonal communication between students and mentors extends beyond internship-related discussions, encompassing casual conversations about various topics. The communication between students and mentors is effective for five reasons. Mentors are open to receiving input and delivering information, empathising with students, exhibiting a positive attitude, promoting respect, and demonstrating equal communication. Nong Khai, one of the provinces located in Thailand's north-eastern region, has the largest rice production area. The area is suited for agriculture due to its proximity to significant water sources, such as the Mekong River. In this research, data were collected from a group of rice farmers in Nong Khai Province to study the readiness of the sample group that affected the intention to use Amino-KP 2 instead of chemical fertilizer. It was found that there was the highest level of acceptance or intention to use an interpretation of the meaning. The results of all hypothesis testing showed that optimism and interest in innovation influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The perceived usefulness factor was hindered by the insecurity variable, while the perceived ease of use factor was unaffected. Additionally, the discomfort of using technology hindered the perceived ease of use factor, but the perceived usefulness remained unaffected. The perceived ease of use factor was also found to have a positive influence on the perception of usefulness. The main issues are environmental pollution, the high cost of air treatment, and the high cost of energy production. An essential solution is using renewable energy instead of traditional energy (petroleum, coal, natural gas, and electric power). As it is a permanent energy source, it causes no air pollution and is cheaper. In this work, an experimental study was conducted on using solar energy as an energy source in the natural ventilation of buildings and the factors affecting this ventilation. A solar chimney has been installed with and without storage materials to store energy for natural identity during sunrise and after sunset. In this work, the difference in air density with different temperatures is the main factor for energy production, which leads to a change in the airspeed (natural ventilation). The study indicates that indoor air velocity can remain higher than ambient air velocity during the day and at night for several hours. The rapid generation of waste in urban and rural areas leads to the development of multidisciplinary research to mitigate environmental pollution, which not only affects tourism but also the quality of life of the population. The study design was non-experimental, descriptive, causal, and explanatory. The research approach was quantitative. The instrument was validated (Cronbach's alpha = 0.932), and it was observed that age, employment status, educational level, income, and professional career were significantly related (p<0.05) to the feeling of guilt for recycling. There is a high level of guilt about recycling household waste related to an attitude of success and social norms, and a mild level related to an attitude of failure. The sociodemographic profile of Peruvian families living in Sullana is characterized by an average age of 35 years, employment, secondary, technical, and higher education, as well as income between S/500 and 1500 soles and living in a family nucleus composed of 3-5 people. These findings are important for the elaboration of public policies in the environmental management of solid waste and in the academic sphere to raise awareness among the different actors to mitigate climate change and contribute to the sustainability of natural resources. Patient safety in healthcare supply chains is paramount, particularly in the face of inherent risks and vulnerabilities associated with disruptions and uncertainties. A hybrid selection model, integrating factor analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), and the Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), is introduced to rank these attributes. Twenty-two SHSC attributes are categorized into four facets: social, environmental, economic, and technological. A survey conducted across five Cambodian provinces gathered 361 valid responses from healthcare professionals, forming the basis for a structural SHSC model. This model is subsequently implemented in a Phnom Penh tertiary hospital. The findings underscore the imperative of incorporating patient safety considerations into healthcare supply chains. The hybrid selection model helps healthcare leaders figure out what factors are most important for patient safety and rank them. This gives them information they need to come up with effective strategies and long-lasting projects. The study's outcomes provide actionable insights for healthcare stakeholders. The multi-analytical approach of the model offers a comprehensive perspective to address supply chain challenges, reduce extraneous costs, and minimize environmental footprints. The study was conducted in four public schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Borg and Gall development cycle was adopted in this study, including preliminary research, planning and developing learning media, and validation, evaluation, and revision. Regarding the assessment results from media experts, the mobile learning application was declared very feasible with a percentage of 91.7% for the topic of atomic structure and 87.2% for the topic of chemical equilibrium. The results of the material and language feasibility assessments were 81.6% for the topic of atomic structure and 82.3% for the topic of chemical equilibrium. The results of the media assessments for students were 92.9% for the topic of atomic structure and 89.9% for the topic of chemical equilibrium. The results of the media assessment by chemistry teachers were 97.1% for the topic of atomic structure and 94.7% for the topic of chemical equilibrium. Overall, this mobile learning medium is categorized as very feasible to use as a learning support medium. In addition, the MLNFS-AR app is effective in improving student literacy and numeracy. It sets out to meticulously examine and discern the pivotal factors that underpin the remarkable efficacy of servant leadership practices, particularly centered around female employees in an Indonesian setting, with a deliberate emphasis on women leaders. The research aims to understand the effectiveness of servant leadership among female employees in Indonesia, with a specific focus on women in leadership roles. The study includes a comprehensive sample of 310 respondents and utilizes confirmatory factor analysis within the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares framework to determine the key factors influencing servant leadership effectiveness. The findings of the study suggest that one of the most influential factors in driving the effectiveness of servant leadership is helping subordinates grow and succeed. On the other hand, emotional healing has the least influential impact on enhancing servant leadership practices compared to other dimensions. The study's findings provide valuable insights for organizations, especially in navigating the difficulties presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
