The automation process of activities has been a very promising opportunity to reduce costs and improve productivity. On the contrary, smaller businesses typically do not spend enough time creating clear roadmaps for how to appropriately take advantage of automation. The goal is to efficiently formulate a cost-reduction framework using process automation in small to medium-sized enterprises in America. The creation of the framework is firmly based on the use of the relevant literature and empirical data to pinpoint the most important themes, such as process identification, technology selection, implementation strategies, and performance measurement. Therefore, through weaving the key themes into a workable model, this paper acts as a pragmatic manual for SMEs who aspire to reap cost reduction and competitiveness gains through the implementation of process automation.\u0000

They are handled by their original families and their socio-sanitarian services, which take care of them, but they experience difficulties handling these “delicate matters.” Sexuality is one of the basic needs of people, but there is cultural resistance on the territory, in services, operators, and families who take care of fragile people, and does not accept this need or are not sufficiently prepared to consider it. Sexuality is a complex topic in this case; it triggers psycho-social aspects, but also medical and legal challenges which are often too complex for these people and for people who take care of them.\u0000

Increasing the engagement of fathers or couples in childcare may generate additional benefits on early child outcomes. However, parenting intervention that includes fathers and couples is limited in low-resource settings. Thus, this study designed a parenting intervention on child nutrition and responsive care that is inclusive of fathers and couples, using behavior change communication. First, we aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the parenting intervention on a child’s diet, early stimulation, and father involvement in childcare among parents of a child aged 6-23 months in rural Malawi. Then, we assessed the added benefit of including fathers and couples in the intervention to improve the outcomes.\u0000\u0000METHODS. In this four-arm, cluster-randomized controlled trial, we assessed the effectiveness of a parenting intervention in rural Malawi. We randomly selected and allocated 40 communities to the intervention or control arms in a 3-to-1 ratio. Four arms included a mothers-only treatment arm, a fathers-only treatment arm, a couples treatment arm, and a control arm. Eligible households were a two-parent household having a child aged 6-23 months, a child having a mother as a primary caregiver living with a male partner, and a parent aged 18 or above. Intervention arms participated in two peer group sessions and two home visits focusing on child nutrition and responsive care. Behavior change communication was used to deliver key behavioral messages. Primary outcomes were child dietary diversity score, early stimulation, and father involvement in childcare. The analysis was done using difference-in-differences estimation.\u0000\u0000DISCUSSION. The study will provide evidence of the effectiveness of the parenting program that can be replicated and scaled-across in other low-resource settings like rural Malawi.\u0000

This practice not only consumes valuable time that could be better spent on patient interaction but also increases the risk of medical errors due to repetitive copy-pasting. This paper examines the implementation and impact of Voa, an AI-driven tool designed to transform audio from medical consultations into optimized clinical documents. Utilizing automatic transcription technologies like Whisper and generative artificial intelligence, Voa generates accurate and comprehensive medical records from consultation audio. The study, conducted from February to May 2024, assessed Voa's effectiveness through metrics such as the number of anamneses generated, user adoption rates, and activation rates. Results indicate a significant increase in both document generation and user adoption, reflecting growing acceptance and confidence in the platform. The findings highlight Voa's potential to improve documentation quality, reduce medical errors, and enhance doctor-patient interactions, ultimately promoting more human-centered healthcare practices. However, university settings can contribute to air pollution, with diverse activities such as lab work, cooking in dorms, and vehicle traffic, among others, causing interior and ambient air pollution. It is impossible to overestimate how much air pollution affects the health and happiness of students. Based on this, evaluation of ambient air quality (i.e., temperature, relative humidity (RH), CO2, and particulate matter (PM2.5)) at various locations within Lead City University, Ibadan, is essential.\u0000\u0000Ambient concentrations of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), relative humidity (RH), temperature (TEMP), and particulate matter (PM) were recorded from 15 locations across Lead City University over a two-week period. Morning temperatures in all the locations measured ranged from 23.7°C to 29.2°C, while afternoon temperatures fluctuated more significantly, with the lowest recorded at 27.2°C and the highest at a notably warmer 35.8°C in all the locations measured. The morning RH levels ranged from 63.8% to 74.7%, while afternoon RH values ranged from 58.2% to 63.4%. The findings also show that afternoon CO2 levels range from 468.5 ppm to 971.6 ppm, with Location 13 having an unusually high average. Morning CO levels ranged from 4.1 µg/m³ to 49 µg/m³, with location 13 showing an outlier at 184.2 µg/m³. CO2 and CO levels are mostly within acceptable ranges. \u0000\u0000Conclusively, variability in these parameters has implications for human health; therefore, adequate ventilation and pollution control measures are thereby recommended for the university management in order to improve indoor air quality.\u0000

With the increasing availability of large musical datasets and advancements in computational technologies, this topic has gained significant relevance. The article emphasizes the importance of selecting and processing audio features, particularly focusing on Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), which reflect the key sound characteristics essential for genre identification. The approach to creating a neural network capable of effectively processing these characteristics and classifying songs is examined within the research. It outlines the main challenges associated with classification accuracy, error calculation, and the need to adapt to rapidly changing musical trends. This article also reviews and constructs a test neural network for classifying songs into three genres, creates diagrams to depict classification accuracy, and shows the distribution of each class by frequency characteristics. Additionally, it analyzes recent research in this field and highlights the importance of using MFCC. The article illuminates not only the technical aspects of creating and training neural networks for song classification but also the significance of such systems in the context of the widespread availability of musical content. It underscores the role of these systems in enhancing the quality of recommendation services, providing a more comprehensive musical experience to users, and supporting artists and musical styles. In conclusion, the article contributes valuable insights into the potential of neural networks in song genre classification, pointing to future research and development directions in this area.\u0000
