What started as a Public Interest Litigation in the Hon'ble Delhi High Court led to an application in the National Green Tribunal for three matters. The first being Carbon Dioxide monitoring of enclosed air conditioned spaces of public assembly nature as Carbon Dioxide is a surrogate for Ventilation in a space. The second being including inclusions in Split Air Conditioners as they simply recirculate the indoor air without any fresh air intake which increases probability of airborne infection spread apart from other issues. The last being having appropriate window design in building byelaws to promote openability of windows with wire mesh so that fresh air intake is possible for airborne infection control.\u0000

However, there appears to be a limited systematic review of research on the application of digital platforms in higher education. Using a systematic approach, this study analyzes previous research on digital platforms and how these technologies assist university students in their studies and the challenges involved. Examining 76 relevant articles from Scopus, Emerald Insight and ProQuest databases, the findings demonstrate that students' personal development could be accelerated by the practical application of technology through digital learning platforms. Furthermore, by utilizing digital channels, the COVID-19 epidemic has highlighted how crucial strategic management and flexibility are to the higher education sector. The study identified two main themes: digital platforms that support students’ learning and challenges associated with the deployment of digital platforms. Various unexplored areas on the use of digital platforms among university students are highlighted in the study. The review further recommends higher education institutions to offer digital literacy programs that educate students and faculty on using digital platforms, online privacy and data protection.\u0000

The study compared traditional vocabulary instruction with a gamified approach using the Kahoot platform. Results revealed that the gamified group achieved significantly higher vocabulary gains, with a mean post-test score of 86 compared to 78 for the control group. Furthermore, 85% of participants in the gamified group found this method more effective for retention, and 92% preferred it over traditional worksheets. The findings indicate that gamification can considerably enhance vocabulary learning by making the process more engaging and effective. Amidst the crisis that peaked between late January and February 2023, opportunities for social connections and shared experiences emerged. In this essay and visual archive, I explore the financial crisis phenomenon in Nsukka metropolis, Southeastern Nigeria, from a historical perspective, integrating personal insights, respondents' views, and archival sources. Analysis of observational notes, visual and textual data through the lens of Critical Theory reveals the importance of social connection and cultural ideology among Nsukka residents during a difficult time in Nigerian history. Photographic images of crowded bank scenes and remarks like "You are not the only person" evoke personal and public misery and frustration during the currency redesign crisis. Based on a new philosophy of modeling, which includes second-order metascience, cybersemiotics, and cognitive metaphor, a structural-functional methodology for studying a hybrid environment is being developed, within which spatio-temporal connections of opposite phases of dynamic processes of various natures appear.\u0000\u0000It is shown that the synergy of the use of semiotics, cybersemiotics, and cognitive metaphor contributes to the formation of integrative metathinking and the choice of strategies for creative activity. At the same time, the development of the methodology itself (metathinking) through extreme principles, relationships, and structures, as well as the proposed hybrid universals, contributes to the formation of an individual’s learning cycle and style. The cognitive aspects of the manifestation of the phenomenon of the human factor in education and science, which limit the creative capabilities of the individual and give rise to systemic contradictions between physical and digital reality, are considered. In this case, obvious and hidden cognitive distortions arise, which give rise to new problems of safety (functional, informational, and physical), mental health, and diagnostics.\u0000\u0000Within the framework of the structural-integrative methodology, the foundations of an integrative meta-theory of natural structuring (transformation) of information flows (time series) of various natures into cognitive graphic images are created, which display the conjugate opposite phases of the functioning of the elements of complex dynamic systems, including the human body. To study transient functional states of a person and their quantitative assessment, original tools are proposed. They are based on the heuristic value of ancient signs – Ouroboros, Star of David, tetractys, Scandinavian runes, the use of which within the framework of a hybrid approach contributed to the study of parallels between the perception of physical reality and the mysticism of Eastern philosophy. In particular, the extreme principles of modern natural science have made it possible to establish a connection between the Star of David, the Merkabah (tree of life), and the Qabalah.\u0000\u0000Global challenges to mental health, safety, and professional activity are associated with the manifestation of cognitive and metacognitive distortions, which are induced by digitalization and depend on the psychophysiological state of a person (pilot, dispatcher, driver, etc.). We use pulse-amplitude-modulation (PAM) fluorometry to investigate whether, in the absence of warming, and in sub-saturating light, these changes affect the PSII photochemical efficiency of _Symbiodinium_ sp. in the reef-building coral _Acropora millepora_. We assessed this experimentally with 30-min-interval saturation pulse analyses at 25 °C, a daily peak in the intensity of the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) at ~65 µmol quanta m–2 s–1, and a seawater _p_CO2 that we gradually increased over nine days from ~496 to ~1290 μatm by injection of CO2-enriched air. Nine 14-day time series, which, except one, were recorded at the growing apices of a coral branch, revealed diel oscillations in the PSII photochemical efficiency characterized by a steep nocturnal decrease followed by a steep increase and peak in the morning, a daily minimum at midday (∆F/Fm’,midday), and a daily maximum at the onset of darkness at 19:00 h (Fv/Fm,19:00 h). An inadvertent shift in the position of one of the PAM fluorometer measuring heads revealed differences between the basal part and the growing coral apices of a coral branch in ∆F/Fm’midday and Qm. In ambient seawater (Control) _Symbiodinium_ sp. exhibited a gradual decrease, over the course of the experiment, in ∆F/Fm’,midday, Fv/Fm,19:00 h, and the slope of the linear regression between the relative electron transport rate and the intensity of PAR (rETR/PAR). Although two of three successive experiments indicated that CO2 enrichment counteracted these trends, statistical analyses failed to confirm an influence of _p_CO2 on ∆F/Fm’,midday, Fv/Fm,19:00 h, and Qm, rendering this experiment inconclusive.\u0000
