The Evolution of China’s Environmental Protection Inspection System 中国环保督查制度的演变

Examining the environmental protection monitoring framework through the lens of historical institutionalism, it has been discovered that the inspection system in my country has been impacted by broader changes in history. There are four crucial junctures of institutional transformation, including the passing of the \"Environmental Protection Law\" and the establishment of regional monitoring centres. The maintenance of system stickiness is reliant on factors influencing the paths of sunk cost and internalization. The article introduces the current trade situation among China and CEE countries, and reveals that the overall trade situation between the both sides is great. This not only achieves the goal of high-quality development of the rural economy but also satisfies the requirements of a green and ecological economy. This article, based on the application of geographical indication trademarks, constructs a green ecological system for rural industries. However, there are still prominent issues in the countryside: the system and mechanism are not smooth; there is insufficient trademark awareness in county organizations; the degree of rural infrastructure construction is low; and the development quality of new agricultural business entities needs to be improved. However, the British first conquered the northwest, the northeast and the DecPlateau; secondly, the use of the steam engine and the establishment of the large factory system; and finally, the British exploited the Indian cotton textile industry through industrial policies on trade ban, tariffs, plantations and tax rights. This not only brought about the rise of the cotton textile industry and the vigorous development of the industrial revolution, but also made India from the center to the edge and become a vassal of Britain.
