The construction of systems, organizations, decision-making, information systems, and other aspects is weak, and the processes of budgeting, revenue and expenditure, procurement, and construction are not standardized. The execution and supervision of internal control are also inadequate, and the effectiveness of internal control is greatly reduced. This has exposed many risks in the business development of Geological Team A, which has long been detrimental to the survival and competition of the unit in the industry. As the eleventh free trade zone opened by China, Hainan Province, as a province supported by the double policies of special economic zone and free trade zone, should fully harness its strengths, and adopt scientific and correct development strategies to accelerate the construction pace of aquatic products’ export industry. At present, aquatic products in Hainan Province are mostly exported for sale in the form of primary agricultural products, developing marine culture technology is needed, otherwise it will lose its development force in the face of the red line of marine fishing. Furthermore, the lack of fine deep processing of aquatic resources has become the weakness of Hainan Province in the international market competition. The research indicates that the incorporation of MORS standards significantly enhances both the quality of education and the professional skills of students. Additionally, through modern apprenticeship pilot programs and other school-enterprise cooperative pathways, the college has extended MORS standards to industry practice, improving service levels in the regional tourism industry. Faced with challenges in resource allocation and teacher training, the college adopted strategies such as increased investment, optimized resource allocation, and organized teacher participation in training. Moreover, considering the differences between MORS standards and the actual industry requirements in Guangdong Province, the college selectively introduced certified occupational standards. Founded in 2001, Yonghui Supermarket is located in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Yonghui is one of the first companies in China to introduce fresh agricultural products into modern supermarkets. Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd. is a supermarket model that combines community chain stores, specialty stores, and supermarkets as its core business, supplemented by convenience store franchising, and combines food processing and modern agriculture.
