However, event management as a research subject is shared by many sciences, from sociology to marketing. As a result, no separate science can offer a comprehensive understanding of processes and tools that allow organizations to impact their event visitors. The research objective was to conceptualize the social and communicative tools of event management from digital perspectives. The unified system reflects the multi-channel and time-consuming nature of event management as a total of interrelated impact tools and processes. The author used a systematic and structural-functional approach to conceptualize the social and communicative mechanism in event management. The result was verified against practical approaches specified by the local expert community of event managers. The paper describes the structure of the event-communicative mechanism, including influencing, input-conditioning, and output-correction. The research revealed an additional socio-communicative component, which is based on the properties of reference influence. The goal-setting tools proved to depend on the process in particular or their sets. Instrumental material / information technologies were classified in accordance with the social or communicative components and stages. The concept verification revealed a lack of actual managerial control and coordination of social and self-management processes.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University. Mentality is a complex existential, anthropological and phenomenological concept, a unique result of purposeful action of the social environment internalization and a prerequisite for its transformation. It forms under an axiological split in the society and is determined by intrapersonal, socio-economic, cultural, and historical factors. The mental concept construction is based on the idea of smoothing out the value and worldview contradictions, possibly transforming the institutions that seek to change the norms in the public consciousness in the direction of negotiability, increasing the level of trust, which reduces enterprises activities’ transaction costs. The methodological basis of the implemented concept is made up of the anthropological and convergent approaches’ provisions.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University. The new subjects of the Russian Federation have to develop under a constant military threat. This situation makes it important for the state to monitor their self-sufficiency in food products, which must be physically and economically available to the population. The authors assessed the current and prospective sustainability and availability of food in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The structure and elements of food security and food supply were analyzed in line with the Doctrine of Food Security of the Russian Federation. The article described the level of self- sufficiency in basic food products, the level of agricultural supply, and the level of processing relative to the consumption standards. The economic accessibility of food products was subjected to the comparative method based onthe minimal income level and the cost of living by the minimum consumption standards for each category of population. The cost of the consumer goods basket in 2015-2023 was analyzed demographically. The study proved that food security can be achieved by raising people’s income. Based on an expert survey and brainstorming, the authors developed a response matrix to potential risks and their consequences regarding the state administration of food security.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University. This research featured the key transformations of the modern Russian family. The article presents the transformation stages in the context of the actual social relations, identifies the factors of these changes, and establishes the main trends that characterize the current state of the Russian family. Family models have become more diverse, as well as the strategies of couple relationship and parenthood. The traditional family functions are undergoing some transformations, e.g., new formats appear while others fade into the past. The modern family is characterized by individualism and rationalization instead of standards. Late parenthood requires more available reproductive technologies. These new trends are to be observed all over the country and in all age groups. Young metropolitan dwellers manifest rationalization and freedom of choice: they make marriage and divorce decisions quite easily, see marriage as optional, and are prone to late marriage and parenthood. The concept and implementation of state family policy in modern Russia need to take into account the abovementioned trends, as well as the actual attitude of the population to family relations and parenthood.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University. Bank products are quite peculiar: on the one hand, they are difficult to perceive by potential customers; on the other hand, digital technologies provide banks with additional promotion andexpansion opportunities. Global trends in bank marketing include such new technologies as artificial intelligence and digital platforms, new mobile applications, new sales channels and competition with other banks in this sphere, cybersecurity, winning the trust of customers, etc. New risks force banks to fight for customers and expand their market share using bank marketing concepts and tools. Digital marketing includes not only new promotion channels but also such new approaches as brand performance. Banks strive to meet customers halfway and to conquer new age groups by using gamification and financial education. The authors used the 7P marketing model to analyze AO Bank.DOM.RF as an average Russian bank and to recommend new options of bank marketing in practice. However, scientists are unanimous in their evaluation of the negative influence of corruption factors on political, social, and economic domestic and global processes, which demonstrates the relevance of corruption studies. Corruption causes threats, risks, and challenges to society, which might result in an uncontrolled transformation of socio-political systems, hence the need for further interdisciplinary research.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University. Some national features of professional identification can be characterized as non-obvious due to the multi-structural and multi-vector civilizational orientations of the Russian state. The list of obvious axiological national characteristics includes collectivism, risk aversion, high power distance, sacredness of authorities, relief, mercy, religion-induced compassion, and violations of rules. Phenomenologically speaking, national mentality is a dynamic foundation formed by a set of axiological, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral determinants shared by most members of a particular cultural and historical community. It manifests itself as a broad continuum of political, socio-economic, and cultural conditions that are reflected in formal and informal institutions. \u0000Deep cultural structures define the collective and individual actor of professional identification: they fix the results of interiorization and mediation. They manifest themselves as social projections on the education system in its cultural, historical, social, legal, and economic relations. National mentality sets the vector of preferences for the subject, content, professional activity, employment, and working conditions. It makes it possible to analyze the intentions of optants regarding the development of the nomenclature and structure of professional skills during the civilizational shift. The shift is happening in the industry and technology but it aggregates axiological, motivational, and cognitive attitudes of citizens to the standards of collectivism or individualism, \u0000as well as to Western, Eastern, or mixed behavioral patterns.","PeriodicalId":503169,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Kemerovo State University.
